Greetings,
Your areas of research and professional focus make the JMM an exceptional mathematical gathering.
The JMM Program Committee solicits proposals for the 2023 Joint Mathematics Meetings(JMM)to be held January 4-7, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts.
We invite proposals for panels, workshops and other events that reflect the full spectrum of interests of the mathematical sciences community.
This includes topics such as:creating an inclusive atmosphere in the mathematical sciences community; teaching and learning; professional development and professional concerns, recreational mathematics; and wider issues. Events that connect communities are welcome, such as interdisciplinary workshops or collaborations between mathematical sciences researchers and mathematics education researchers.
Proposals for panels, workshops and other events should be submitted to the JMM Program Committee by May 1, 2022. (pdf)
We also invite proposals for Professional Enhancement Programs(PEPs). Proposers of a PEP should keep in mind the aim of PEPs is to provide training that improves mathematical education at all levels, contributes to building a more mathematically literate society, makes mathematics and statistics more attractive as a discipline and career pathway, and enhances the careers of mathematical scientists.
Proposals for PEPs should be submitted to the JMM Program Committee by May 9, 2022. (pdf)
