美国会议员赵美心：More important than ever

Dear Zhenying,

This week, Lindsey Graham introduced a federal abortion ban -- and Mike Pence threw his full support behind it.

Although Republicans don't currently have the votes to pass it and we can count on President Biden's veto if they find them, it's a stark reminder of their agenda and of what's at stake in 2022 and beyond.

This week has made it clearer than ever that abortion rights are on the ballot in November. We need to elect pro-choice Democrats to every level of government because our fundamental rights are under attack. Chip in now if you agree.

I've been a champion of reproductive rights my entire career, and I'm not backing down now. From standing with community advocates to introducing legislation that protects abortion rights to supporting other pro-choice candidates, I'll do whatever it takes to preserve our freedoms.
