在博士后十多年的研究过程中，潘巍博士带领的团队将文化适应决定逻辑确定为特定文化下的一个研究领域，或者说是跨文化情况下的文化适应的决定逻辑。利用代数建模公式，和马航370失踪仅 10 天后的初步数据，他的团队在 MH370就近似估计了失踪 MH370 的大致面积。 在8 年后的 2022 年，一家英国公司进一步估算了失踪 MH370 的大致面积。确定其位置为南纬 33.177° 东经 95.300°。两者相距仅数百里，但位于一般区域。 很多社会现象可以通过文化适应决定因素一致性的逻辑来解释，使用相同的概念框架，他的团队在2016年又获得了商业营销领域的最佳研究论文奖。 最近，他的论文经过了三个级别的双盲评审过程，在世界顶级的国际商务学AIB2023年会上被提名，并最后被评选为在研究方法领域的最佳论文奖的最终获奖者. （获奖图片：https://photos.aib.world/AIB-2023-Warsaw/7-July-Award-Presentations/

In the course of postdoctoral research for more than 10 years, Dr. David W.
