广东省赴美国和加拿大举办招聘海外高层次人才洽谈会的公告（7/30-8/7）

关于组团赴美国和加拿大举办招聘海外高层次人才洽谈会的公告

　　广东省毗邻香港和澳门，是中国第一经济大省，经过改革开放30多年发展，已具备独特的区位优势、成熟的市场机制、良好的创新创业环境。2010年，全省生产总值达45473亿元，约占全国GDP的十分之一；全省财政总收入达11842亿元，约占全国的七分之一；区域创新能力综合排名连续三年稳居全国第二。当前，广东省正站在新的历史起点上，加快转型升级、建设幸福广东，急切期盼更多海外高层次人才的参与和合作。为此，广东省人力资源和社会保障厅、广东省外国专家局定于7月底组团赴美国、加拿大举办“2011中国广东省引进海外高层次人才洽谈会”（以下简称“人才洽谈会”），现就有关事项公告如下：http://wzj.gd.gov.cn/2011hwzp

一、举办“人才洽谈会”的时间和地点

　　第一场“人才洽谈会”：7月30日10:00—15:00在美国波士顿举行;

　　第二场“人才洽谈会”：7月31日13:00—18:00在美国硅谷举行；

　　第三场“人才洽谈会”：8月7日13:00—18:00在加拿大多伦多举行。

二、参加“人才洽谈会”现场招聘的单位

　　参加现场招聘的单位包括：南方电网集团、中兴通讯股份有限公司、珠海格力电器股份有限公司、三一海洋重工有限公司、广东通宇通信股份有限公司、中科院南海海洋研究所、广州能源研究所、华南植物园、广东省科学院、中山大学、深圳大学、华南农业大学、汕头大学、广东工业大学、广东海洋大学等40多家单位。珠三角地区部分市副市长、有关企业总经理、高校校长、科研机构领导等将到场洽谈。http://wzj.gd.gov.cn/2011hwzp

三、“人才洽谈会”招聘职位及专业领域

　　这次“人才洽谈会”招聘人才主要包括：金融、物流、汽车、钢铁、石化、环保、电子信息、LED产业、生物医药、节能环保、航空航天、海洋、科技服务、装备制造、新能源、新材料和文史哲等专业领域的高层次人才。提供的职位包括教授、副教授、讲师、学科带头人、科研骨干、厂长、经理、技术顾问、项目总监、营销主管等，详见《中国广东省赴美国和加拿大招聘高层次人才目录》http://www.huali-europe.com/docs/jobs_guangdong2011.doc。

四、报名洽谈办法

　　有意参加洽谈会的海外人才，可登录“2011中国广东省引进海外高层次人才洽谈会”报名网（http://wzj.gd.gov.cn/2011hwzp），在线创建个人帐号，填写报名资料。也可直接从本公告附件和广东省外国专家局网站（http://guangdong.caiep.org/）中，查询用人单位职位需求、招聘条件和联系方式等信息，自行与合意的招聘单位联系，及时将联系情况告广东省外国专家局，以便我们组织用人单位和海外人才预先对接、现场洽谈，并提供跟进服务。

阻击SCA5 -----给自己所在选区众议员（Assembly Representative）打电话，发Email，发传真。我们华人必须清楚地向众议员表达我们反对SCA5的意愿。具体措施为：
1，如果你在加州，给自己所在选区众议员（Assembly Representative）打电话，发Email，发传真。打电话注意礼貌，用简单英语即可。告诉他们“I am AGAINST SCA5","Please, vote AGAINST SCA5"。议员秘书一般会询问你的姓名和所在城市，但不会有更多的问题。议员的工作是代表你的意愿，你有绝对的权力表达你的意愿。言论自由受法律保护，神圣不可侵犯。我们希望每人至少给自己所在选区的众议员打一个电话。由以下网址查询众议员联系方法：
