Unica, An IBM Company, a leading global provider of Enterprise Marketing Management software is seeking a versatile senior(or principal)software engineer. The candidate will join a team of high-performance software professionals that strive to rapidly deliver innovative products and functionalities with high first-time quality and high long-term maintainability.
The position is primarily responsible for architecting and developing new advanced user interface for the company's market-leading flagship real-time event detection product, which is anticipated to be a key analytical component within the Smarter Commerce initiative. Responsibilities will also include some server and middle-tier development. The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to quickly learn multiple product feature areas and new technologies.
Job Specifications:
- Preferred Knowledge
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience in designing enterprise application
- Experience in IBM Unica EMM Suite components and product(Marketing Platform, Marketing Operation, Campaign)
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Code Java
- English:Intermediate
- Preferred :Master's Degree in Information Technology
- At least 6 years experience in Code Java
- English :Fluent

- Meet milestone, and provide accurate time estimations
- Produce development life cycle artifacts and code comments
- Participate in design discussion
- Participate in documentation reviews(internal and external)
- Support customers, services, consultant, partners and pre-sale
- Communicate effectively
- Participate in code reviews
- Write unit tests
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in J2SE, J2EE
- English:Intermediate
