Ms. Xiaoqing Zhang is a Partner at Ernst & Young, Boston. She has been a Certified Public Accountant and a member of MSCPA and AICPA since1998. She has more than 16 years of experience providing tax compliance and tax advisory services to multinational companies in a variety of business segments. Xiaoqing has extensive experience providing transaction analysis, federal, state and local and international tax due diligence and consulting services. Her international tax experience includes UK, France, Netherlands, Japan, Russia, Germany, Luxembourg and China. Her areas of focus include biomedical, biotech, manufacturing, private equity and real estate and university sectors, in particular the tax provision services relating to corporations, partnerships and REITs.
Born and grew up in Shanghai, China, Xiaoqing received her BS in power mechanical engineering from a Shanghai JiaoTong University（SJTU）. She has three master degrees：MS in power mechanical engineering（SJTU）, MS in accountancy（Bentley University）, and MS in taxation（Bentley University）. Xiaoqing is also an indispensible advisor to our 128cute association.
