Position Description:

The Corporate Finance Analyst will be an integral member of the Vanke treasury team, providing analytical support across a number of functions, including treasury operations, capital-raising, M&A, investor relations, and strategic analysis / special projects. The position will entail:

• Financial modeling and analysis of business scenarios, corporate financing alternatives, and strategic opportunities.
• Developing and monitoring company cash forecasts.
• Providing support in execution of corporate and project financing transactions.
• Monitoring financial reporting and covenant compliance requirements for credit facilities and bond issues, and preparing covenant calculations.
• Performing research in support of strategic planning initiatives.

Position Requirements:

• BS, BA degree in finance, accounting or economics and 2-5 years financial analysis experience in investment banking, corporate finance / treasury, or accounting.
• Very strong analytical skills.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization / management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

2. Investing Management Analyst

Location：PR China
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investment Portfolio and land purchasing evaluation, analysis, and oversight of Investment accounts.
• Assist with the monthly reporting process, including performance calculation and written analysis.
• Assist in generating asset allocation recommendations for current and prospective institutions
• Maintain and update presentation materials.
• Complete analytical projects on specific topics.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, including use of spreadsheet/database software for quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in using investment related quantitative software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to complete assignments independently and on a timely basis.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish broader goals and objectives.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

3. Financing Operation Analyst

Position Description:

Role/Responsibilities:

• Direct financial and marketing data gathering, organization, measurement and test design.
• Perform campaign and database analyses and reporting, statistical analysis, custom
• query analyses and some data mining.
• Derive segments and direct user profile creation.
• Contribute to overall strategic direction of marketing.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Be proactive with an ability to partner with a larger team to deliver statistical and strategic work Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects across a number of global business units
• Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Math / Statistics, Finance, Research or other relevant field is required. Master’s degree is a plus
