Position:

Sr. IP Technical Marketing Manager, Huawei Europe（competitive compensation）

Work Location:

Dusseldorf, Germany（Huawei Europe Headquarter）; other countries possible

Responsibility:

1. Meet customers, understand their requirements and pain points, design a solution to fit their need, and convince the customer to take the solution
2. Filter and prioritize customer requirements for R&D and take responsibility for product’s competitiveness

Travel：

A fair amount, mainly west Europe, possibly EMEA.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of work experience in the network industry; previous experience at Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, Redback a big plus
2. Good understanding of IP networking technologies, e.g. routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN, etc. Good understanding of metro Ethernet or IP backbone networking
3. Good understanding of what’s going on in the industry, e.g. which companies provide what products and advocate what solutions
4. Experience working with a telecom carrier a big plus
5. Previous experience with product management or product marketing
6. Some familiarity/involvement in standard organization（like IETF）would be a plus
7. Fluent spoken English, good communication skill
