Professor Bill Chen Appointed as Editor-in Chief of an Academic Insurance Journal
Recently, Dr. Bill Y. Chen, Chair and Tenured-Full Professor of the Department of Business Administration, University of the West（UWest）, has been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of an academic journal-Insurance Markets and Companies（https://www.businessperspectives.org/index.php/journals/insurance-markets-and-companies#editorial-board ）.
This journal is published by Business Perspective Inc. and since 2010, it has published original research results in insurance, such as modern trends of global and local insurance markets development, insurance companies’ activities at the financial market, existing and innovative approaches in risk management, financial instruments and derivatives.
This journal has been widely accepted and listed on sixteen academic journal indexes.  Prof. Bill Chen has served for this journal for many years, first as the referee, then as the Editorial Board member, Section Editor and now the Editor-in Chief.
