As China's capital, Beijing is the political, cultural, internationaland domestic exchange center. It is China's most economically activecity with a huge development potential. Beijing gathers a large numberof national research institutes and universities full of talentedpeople and is the best city in China in terms of intellectual propertyprotection. A delegation, led by Beijing investment promotion bureau,will come to Boston area on Oct. 29th and 30th to meet you and explorepotential collaborations.

The US wireless industry is now undergoing a deep transformation with the introduction
of more advanced mobile platforms, an influx of powerful smart phones, an accelerated

08宪章也没什么?那可是一部全盘推行西方政体的宪章,你换位想一下中国当局会同意吗?

有关好的皇帝之说, 在中国及美国的华人知识分子中非常流行, 中国需要一个强大的, 集权的, 明智的领袖来领导,美式的制度在中国是行不通的。

我们先说美国的所谓民主制度, 虽然看似我们选民投票选的, 但是真正起关键决定作用的是资本,就是钱。 因此,就像美国总统选举到了最后,通常是谁筹得款多, 谁胜出的机会就大多了, 就像奥斑马。 因此, 美国的政治基本上是控制在有财力的特殊利益团体手里。大众选民就像落基山脉下冰河, 大部分是水,水是可以按不同容器变形的, 资本就可以按自身的利益制作不同的容器,例如, 引导主流媒体, 制作政治气氛等等。就像这次中期选举,狂炒人民币升值的议题, 其实大家都知道, 如果人民币升值40%, 美国的通货膨胀至少是20%。 但是, 政客宁愿用20%通胀的大众痛苦来换取一些特殊团体, 像波音,汽车工业等, 增加竞争性的特殊利益,因为他们捐了钱。 因此, 美国的民主制度这里所指的民, 不是指我们大众, 其实是指资本, 正确来说, 应该称“资主制度”。
由这个制度产生的总统, 老布什, 克林顿, 小布什, 奥斑马, 除了克林顿像一点样子, 请问哪一个可以称得上好总统?!反观, 中国的邓小平, 江泽民, 胡锦涛,我个人觉得比美国总统做的好的多。 因此, 美国的制度在美国都没有办法保证选到好的总统, 将其套到中国, 你能期望由此产生好的中国领袖?!
没有至少目前没有任何制度可以保障中国会得到好的领袖。

因此, 中国现在更需要一个好的皇帝, 而不是一个美式的民主制度。 好的皇帝只是一个名称, 可以是英明的领袖, 总之, 中国需要一个强大的, 英明的,有能力的宽怀大度的领导人。 加上强大的法制。 中国上下几千年, 出现了很多好的皇帝, 不然就不会出现唐朝盛事, 宋朝安邦,万国朝圣的景象。 在这些, 国泰民安的朝代, 都有一个特点是, 峻法明君。 那怎么样才能得到明君, 没有绝对的办法, 只能看中国的运气。 同时, 大家的努力。

相反, 如果仅仅用美式制度套到中国, 我上次邮件中提到的黑社会当市长, 绝对不是夸张或幻想,亚州有几个套用美式民主制度的国家, 我们中国人希望中国变成现在的泰国啦,还是现在的菲律宾, 我更希望中国变成现在的新加坡或香港。 因此, 我认为中国以前需要, 现在更需要一个个好的皇帝,或好的领袖, 好的强人。 不要过于迷信制度, 中国人是制度的破坏者。

我赞同Edward许多观点。但实在不理解他的好皇帝说。中国上下几千年出过几个好皇帝?中国人幸运啊在20世纪70年代出了华国锋,叶剑英打到了四人帮,更幸运的是有邓小平带领我们走上了改革开放的光明大道。但是如果没有好的体制保障,谁能保证我们一直有英明领袖带领呢?
