I just know this afternoon that the Chinese companies Tang Jun has been worked with are also NASDAQ traded firms and did their IPO in the USA, this will be the serious problem for the firms (I taught a cours called the securities regulation). U.S. investors can sue the firms for disclosing the false information of the companies' executives.
Many people will smell money from it.

Although it is too common in China and I have no particular interest in it, please see my comments.
从7月1日晚上8时20分开始，曾创办中文网第一个学术打假网站的科普作家方舟子连续在其新浪微博上发出20多条信息，质疑唐骏涉嫌论文及学历造假，并指出唐骏的几项专利发明也有名无实。唐骏助理李欣回应称，"一切都是空穴来风"，并保留追究方舟子法律责任的权利。此事迅速引起了广泛的社会关注。
There is no way for Mr. Tang to win in California on this. He has no clue of how a defamation lawsuit would be, even though he claimed he opened his law firm in California. Please check if he is on our scholar net list or not. If yes, we may have to check our criteria and determine what to do next.
