评论：中国教育部《双一流第二轮大名单》公布, 没有了一流大学和一流学科之分 |

第二轮双一流：没有一流高校了？
盼望着，盼望着，第二轮「双一流」建设高校及建设学科终于出来了。
上一轮评选完后，几家欢喜几家愁，又有多少无尽的遗憾。五年过去了，无数人翘首以盼的洗牌机会，终于到来了。
四非高校想实现0的突破，B类想进A类，A类想多拿几个一流学科……
结果名单一出，大部分都傻眼了（具体名录见文末）。
最明显的区别是：只剩双一流学科，再无双一流高校。
东北大学、湖南大学、西北农林：传的满天飞、无数小道消息言之凿凿（尤其是前两所）的今年升A，一雪前耻呢，就这么没了？双一流B的帽子真就摘不下来，一朝为B，终身为B了？好不甘心啊……
郑州大学、新疆大学、云南大学：帽子，我的帽子，就这么没了，呜呜呜……
一群指望着「等我们/你们毕业就是双一流A/一流学科，未来可期」的老师/学生/辅导员们：哈？什么情况？
当然，说不定啥时候又出个补充文件，公布一下双一流高校的情况（或者直接说沿用上一轮结果），让子弹飞一会吧。
第二轮双一流多了几所高校：山西大学，湘潭大学，南科大，上科大，南医大，广医大，华南农大。
不管怎么说，实现从无到有的突破，还是蛮值得庆祝的。
相比之下，深圳大学之类新秀没能入选就很不服气，中科院大学也因为只有化学和材料两个学科入选而耿耿于怀，网上听见了不少吐槽的声音。
各大高校的一流学科，不论是和其内部专业相对强弱，还是外部学科排名，关系都不大，很多都令人匪夷所思。当然清北的「自主确定建设学科并自行公布」更是亮瞎了眼。
清北：众所周知，中国只有两种高校——清北，和其它。
各大高校拿了三大奖、出了院士、进了ESI、传统强势、学科评估靠前等原本信心满满却没有进双一流的学科：呜呜呜呜呜。
本来不算强却进了双一流学科的（其实也不多）：承让，承让（抱拳）。
不过毕竟双一流一直以来定位的就是「建设」而非「评级」，所以从这个角度倒也说得过去。
大家最关心的可能是，双一流高校取消了，未来选调生等怎么划线？总不能把985、211重新拿出来说事吧？
直接以双一流学科来评估？绝大多数人都会摇头。
复旦的计算机没有进双一流，如果选调的时候排在进了双一流的安大材料后面，我想不论是学生还是用人单位都难以接受。
但是换个角度来说，新一轮双一流专业里面，最多的依旧是材料科学与工程、化学等大众口中的天坑专业为主。
这个导向其实一直很清晰，举个例子就明白了：
以前，进个进垫底双一流，选个计算机、法学之类的万金油专业，进可赚大钱，退可考选调，赢麻了。
现在：双一流高校？不存在的。双一流学科？计算机就12所高校，分数线最低的应该是西电（西电的计算机也不算低了）和新疆大学（区位补偿，大部分人估计也不愿意去），想要双一流的名头，要么直接考上那几所顶尖的高校，要么老老实实去学材料，30所高校任你挑，还有安徽大学、南昌大学等多所性价比很高的学校可选哦。
老实说，如果真的有一天出了这个政策，选调生宁愿要安大的材料也不要复旦的计算机，真的是一点都不意外。
所以为啥不给我老东家的材料一个双一流，我也好出去吹牛啊_(:з」∠)_。 |

That means it’s more important than ever that the Senate pass the Women’s Health Protection Act.
I introduced the WHPA to ensure that every American can receive the reproductive care they need, regardless of wealth or zip code, and I’ll keep fighting until we have a national standard to protect the right to a safe, legal abortion.
But as anti-choice Republicans gear up to try to take back the House and the Senate, the future of our reproductive rights is more precarious than ever -- and we can''''t afford to lose in November.

The Supreme Court has signaled their willingness to overturn Roe v Wade, and with de-facto bans popping up around the country, we need to act now. In fact, about half of states are primed to enact abortion bans if Roe v Wade is overturned. Without a comprehensive federal solution, these measures will disproportionately impact working people, people of color, and people who face barriers to receiving healthcare.
