是它是它就是它，Open-AI！ 本星球最火爆的现象级应用ChatGPT带着魔法光环来了。它所经之处都要天翻地覆：撕掉小学生寒假作业本，干掉培训机构老师的饭碗，让打工人无处遁逃，让专家噤若寒蝉，让所有高大上和神秘莫测都暴露于阳光下。
首先，各种教培机构要发抖了，有了ChatGPT，真正做到哪里不会点哪里。一遍学不会，那就换个姿势再来一遍。360°全方位无死角地给你讲解各种奇怪的知识，还要啥培训班啊。语言类的教学机构尤其要当心，ChatGPT要是再配上语音识别，就是妥妥的高智商外教。选一个自己喜欢的小姐姐/小哥哥语音包，ChatGPT就不仅能教你学英语，还可以各种撩骚，关键还免费，它不香么？
其次，要抢程序员的饭碗，虽然短期内无法替代程序员，但是UI/UX设计，数据库CRUD这些本来就没啥技术复杂度的，可能就先被冲击。老板没必要花大价钱请有经验的高手了，随便拉一个新人，借助CharGPT也可以玩得很溜啊。
第三，那就是专家们了。各位专家这些年辛苦了，疫情冲击、俄乌冲突、股市分析、经济预测、中美贸易争端……真是忙坏了专家们。各个都八仙过海各显神通，纷纷做出貌似无懈可击的预测，最后全都被打脸。即使这样，还必须要说，因为这就是专家的日常啊。你说作为专家，他容易吗？
现在好了，ChatGPT来解救专家啦，AI给出的各种预测，广泛学习了全网的意见，完美掌握了“既要又要还要”，“一方面，而另一方面”的精髓，AI做出来的预测，会让绝大部分人都喜欢。
最后，是各种应用文写作领域，门槛将被大幅降低。现在各位秘书、助理、编辑们敲烂了多少键盘，磨出了多少茧子才练就的写作技能将变得不再那么有价值。ChatGPT输出的文章，包含完美的框架结构：什么结论先行、以上统下、归类分组、逻辑递进，统统不是事儿！将对公文、新闻、行业报告、学术论文、以及各种述职、评审、申请、招投标等等领域的写作者造成冲击。
明面上看，ChatGPT是对搜索引擎的革命，谷歌和百度应该感到颤抖，这两位行业大佬最近都紧锣密鼓地研究对策。但是真正被ChatGPT改变命运的绝不是搜索巨头，而是一众行业细分领域的网站（如StackOverflow）以及普通的技术打工人。所以，就像是老虎和狮子斗殴，受伤的永远是围观的吃瓜小羊。打工人，赶快行动起来，准备迎接ChatGPT的一万点暴击吧。 |

We just wanted to send a reminder that our session of the 2023 Oxford International Round Table Symposium on Educational Issues and Trends, March 12-16, 2023 to be held at Harris Manchester College in the University of Oxford, Oxford, England will be closing registration on January 15, 2023.
Membership is limited to approximately thirty-five (35) interdisciplinary scholars who have a particular interest in this subject. You are invited and encouraged to make a presentation and to provide a paper on a relevant aspect of the topic, however, your participation as a member of the Round Table is not contingent thereon. Papers considered for publication in the Forum on Public Policy are evaluated by peer reviewers as to technical and substantive quality and for potential to make a significant contribution to new knowledge in the field. The conference will run from Sunday night through Thursday morning.
