【台北報導】選那國總統? 藍呼籲小英舉國旗
民進黨總統參選人蔡英文赴美訪問，支持者竟然要在民進黨的默許下，才能持國旗前往機場接機，令人感到驚訝與不解。國民黨文傳會主委莊伯仲昨〈十四〉日反問民進黨，難道當天持國旗接機的民眾事前沒有得到民進黨的默許，就不可以拿國旗嗎？

莊伯仲指出，蔡英文以總統候選人的身分前往美國，支持者接機歡迎事屬平常。但中華民國的僑民手持國旗前往 "迎接" 中華民國的總統候選人，事先竟要得到民進黨的默許，充分顯示民進黨對中華民國的認同錯亂。蔡英文 "身為" 中華民國總統候選人，竟曾在公眾場合說出「中華民國是流亡政府」這樣的爭議言論，蔡英文應出面對持國旗的支持者說明。
(註：蔡私下向其支持者再說明她不承認有中華民國)
莊伯仲強調，任何人在公共場合手持國旗都不需要民進黨的「默許」，民進黨對國旗的態度也不應該是「默許」，而是像一般人一樣感到歡欣與振奮。國民黨樂見蔡英文的支持者手持國旗參加各式活動，更希望蔡英文能一同舉起國旗，為中華民國加油。

「台灣共識」是什麼 藍營再挑戰小英
民進黨主席蔡英文日前表示，「要將台灣共識立法」，對此台灣加油讚執行長金溥聰昨〈十四〉日表示，中華民國憲法是國家的基本大法，就是最高的台灣共識，當蔡英文說「中華民國是流亡政府」、游錫堃說「中華民國是虛構」的，請問蔡英文有尊重中華民國憲法這個台灣共識嗎？如果不承認中華民國政府、不尊重中華民國憲法，還能制定什麼「台灣共識」呢？
對於蔡英文拋出台灣共識立法，金溥聰強調，「九二共識」就是在中華民國憲法架構下，主張「一個中國、各自表述」，也就是堅持中華民國主權，這早就是立憲層次的台灣共識，蔡英文如果連中華民國憲法都不尊重，如何談立法？
就算要蔡英文所謂的「台灣共識」立法，但蔡英文至少也要負責任的把她 主張的台灣共識的內涵說清楚，不能只是一個空洞的名詞而沒有內容。金溥聰強調，馬總統在2008年選舉，主張「不統、不獨、不武」以及「九二共識」，這就是馬總統提出的「台灣共識」，內容清楚明確，請問蔡英文主席主張的「台灣共識」內容是什麼？是「正名制憲」？還是「中華民國流亡論」？蔡英文說要「立法」，至少要把「法案內容」說清楚講明白？
三年前馬總統主張「九二共識」與「不統、不獨、不武」最後獲得勝選，這就是民主國家下的主流意見，接近於「台灣共識」，請問蔡英文，民主國家的共識，某種程度上就是「少數服從多數」以及對「主流民意」的尊重，這是民主國家的ABC，蔡英文難道連這最基本的民主原則都不能尊重嗎？
金溥聰指出，更重要的是蔡英文要談立法，至少要先自 我面對民進黨過去在國會殿堂「少數霸凌」的不良紀錄，不肯用基本民主遊戲規則的多數決來推動立法。一方面破壞立法的議事精神，破壞少數服從多數的民主原則，一方面又說要立法。這會不會很矛盾？人民都睜大眼睛在檢驗。 |

LACASA年會10月8日舉行 張軍律師接任新一屆會長
（International Daily News 孫衛赤）
洛杉磯縣警局華人顧問委員會（LACASA）于9月7日宣佈，將於10月8日晚在洛市中心的波納凡丘酒店（Bonaventure）舉行第13屆年會暨社區服務表彰晚宴，律師張軍將接替卸任會長何興華擔任新一屆會長，成為該會首位具有大陸移民背景的會長。今年年會的主題是『亞裔和少數族裔積極參與公眾服務』，主講人為曾擔任辛普森案主審法官的著名法官伊藤（Lance Ito）。
7日的新聞發佈會由LACASA理事江啟洸主持。即將卸任的會長何興華表示，在過去的兩年來，LACASA協助警政單位在華人社區舉辦了各種警民互動的活動，其中包括舉辦社會治安講座、介紹犯罪防範和自我保護、組織社會人士參觀監獄及與警察一同進行射擊訓練等；LACASA也關注社會弱勢群體并從事慈善活動，每到節假日，都為老人舉辦慶祝活動，向老人發放節日禮物。
在介紹新任會長張軍時，何興華表示，張軍做為律師，不僅為LACASA做了很多工作，為社區的服務及貢獻大家也是有目共睹。張軍當選新一任會長，應該是眾望所歸。特別應該提到的是，張軍是該會首位具有大陸移民背景的會長，這更加有利於該會開展工作。
張軍在談到新一屆理事會的工作時表示，首先是要承傳和發揚LACASA成立13年來的傳統工作作風和所起到的橋樑作用，特別是要通過開展一系列的活動來保持警民互動。其次是要根據華人社區移民變化的情況，採取有力的措施，去解決新出現的問題。他說，華人移民的情況與13年前很不相同，因此也就產生了新的問題，需要用新的視角和新的思路來分析這些問題，採用新的辦法來解決這些問題。比如，大陸移民「富二代」的犯罪問題，就是一個新問題；也是華人社區犯罪的一個新特點，LACASA將協助警政單位解決好這些新的問題。第三是要加強與兩岸三地警政部門的聯繫和互訪，協助洛縣警政部門加深對華裔移民社區的瞭解。
另據張軍介紹，洛縣警局局長李貝卡及洛縣警局的20多位警官也將與會，因此年會也是一次與警局互動的極好機會。他歡迎關心社區治安、希望對警局有更多瞭解的民眾踴躍參加年會活動，有關詳情可洽（626）810-7572。 |
