APEX's 18th Annual Awards Gala and Awards Show - Tomorrow Happens Now
Come for the food, the friends, the clothes, the silent auction, and of course, the cause! The 18th Annual APEX Gala and Awards show, is finally here and less than a week away! Join us on Saturday, September 24th, at the beautiful Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles as we celebrate another great year, and honor those who continue to give back to the community, from Corporate Leadership (this year's honoree is Chick-Fil-A), to Excellence in Community Service (Lincoln Heights Tutorial Program), to the APEX President's Award (George Yin, Director of LA Membership for APEX).
Our MCs this year, are the charismatic hotties, also known as Archie Kao (CSI), and Jelynn Rodriguez (Maxim honoree and The Drop). The entertainers for the evening include Alfa (singer/songwriter), Jason Yano (singer/songwriter/guitarist), and the Thai Cultural Dance Group.
Afterwards, party it up with us, LA-style at J Lounge!

Singafest Film Festival: The Girl with No Number
Enjoy a lovely autumn's night out, with good company, for a good cause, and join us at the closing event for Singafest, a screening of the acclaimed, The Girl with No Number, which tackles the topic of human trafficking.
The film stars Bebe Pham as Phuong Ly, an impoverished Vietnamese woman who travels to Saigon to work as a cleaner at a marriage agency, where she is tricked into a life of sexual slavery in the U.S.
Later, join us at the Napa Valley Grille in Westwood for complimentary Asian-Fusion tapas and sponsored bar.
Proceeds from the evening benefit APEX and CPAF (Center for the Pacific Asian Family).
