An international company with its business presence in six countries and headquartered in Iowa USA is seeking to hire a R&D Director for RD activities in Zhuhai, Guangdong.
The position requires the following:
1. PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, organic chemistry, microbiology or food science from a recognized university in the US or the UK.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cutting edge biological, chemical, food, nutritional science or agricultural research management in the West.
3. A proven track record of accomplishment in product development and commercialization by taking a product concept successfully from laboratory to the market
4. Demonstrated project management skills, experience in dealing with challenging problems, setting goals, prioritizing and implementing appropriate research programs
5. Demonstrated ability to manage people both domestically and internationally and the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels within a team environment.
6. Experience in presentations at conferences and industry meetings
7. The Director of Research & Development must have an understanding and appreciation for the business needs of the animal feed industry and must be effective in supporting those needs.

对这个问题，国内有关招赏部门都可以控制。之所以时有海外人员发生回国混会的事和人，地方政府也有利用他们的一面。要造声势，像伯乐相马，当时找不到真千里马，就先找死千里马。希望最后可以引来真千里马。
许多人第一次回国信心不足，回去2-3次之后，就加入回国创业的洪流。这个策略是奏效的。 |

6th Annual International Conference on Mathematics, Statistics and Education (Teaching) Mathematics and Statistics, 11-14 June 2012, Athens, Greece
Dr. Gregory T. Papanikos (President of the Athens Institute for Education and Research & Visiting Professor, University of Strathclyde, U.K.) and Dr. Vladimir Akis, Head, Mathematics & Statistics Research Unit, Athens Institute for Education and Research & Professor, Department of Computer Science and Department of Mathematics, California State University, Los Angeles, USA would like to invite you to submit a proposal for presentation at the 6th Annual International Conference on Mathematics, Statistics and Education (Teaching) Mathematics and Statistics, 11-14 June 2012, Athens, Greece organized by the Mathematics and Statistics Research Unit of the Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER). For the program of the pervious conferences, book publications based on the conference papers and other information, please visit the conference website www.atiner.gr/mathematics.htm.
The registration fee is �300 (euro), covering access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. Special arrangements will be made with a local luxury hotel for a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate.
