茲據海外謝氏宗親來電，欣悉湖南省已將已故旅美著名作家與教授謝冰瑩女士之故居，推薦為第七批全國重點文物保護單位。此舉足令全體華人同感光耀，與有榮焉。
謝冰瑩先生為我謝氏之精英，國民革命之先驅。北伐時期曾參與項英領導的討伐軍伐鬥寅的戰鬥，亦為我國早期婦女解放之楷模。為反對溥儀投靠日本，曾先後兩次被日本憲兵逮捕，在日本監獄裡其表現寧死不屈，《在日本監獄裡》等作品便是記錄其與敵人抗爭及表現國人偉大精神的實錄。抗日戰爭時期積極組織“湖南婦女戰地服務團”自任團長，她是著名的戰地記者，出入槍林彈雨，採訪過著名的“台兒莊戰役”，記錄了抗日將士可歌可泣的愛國精神。
謝冰瑩先生早於大陸時期已以其名作《從軍日記》和《一個女兵的自傳》享譽國際文壇，亦成為中國現代報導文學之先驅，她的小說、散文、紀實文學和傳記都堪稱是二十世紀中國文學史上的豐碑。她的這些記載著時代的歌與哭的嘔心瀝血之作，不僅讓華夏子孫世世代代從中認識那個災難頻仍和浴血奮鬥的抗爭時代及其革命精神，也是外國人深入瞭解了中國國民革命與中國精神的不可或缺的文獻。
1948年，謝冰瑩先生赴台灣省立師範大學任教，教書育人，並以“五四”新文學之精神參與臺灣文學的再造，培養文學新人，著作等身，多次榮獲臺灣文學最高榮譽獎章，是臺灣文學的一位泰斗，是二十世紀臺灣女性文學重要的締造者。
这位馳名中外之著名作家，雖是旅居美國及去世距今已有多年，惟其目前仍有甚多昔日門生故舊，對其頗為感念，紛紛反映建請在台謝氏宗親亦應一本宗誼，協力為之爭取將其故居納為中國之重點文物保護單位，為傳承其愛國愛家之精神，以永久誌念。故此，特函 貴辦敬請惠予協助，相信定能成功，並可有裨於兩岸之文化交流與和諧關係。

“2011国际刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦技术装备展览会暨学术交流会”是继"2003年全国刑侦技术装备订货会"、"2005年国际刑侦技术装备展览会"和"2007年国际刑侦、禁毒、反恐装备展览会暨技术交流会"、“2009国际刑侦、禁毒、反恐装备展览会暨技术交流会”之后，组织举办的又一届国际刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦技术装备专业性盛会，作为公安部主办、两年一届的国际刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦技术装备展览会将再次成为国内外同行关注的焦点。
会议以"交流、合作、共赢、发展"为宗旨，集产品展示、装备订货、技术交流、业务研讨于一体，同时邀请全国公安机关装财、刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦、科技等部门主管领导、专业技术人员、国内外同行及用户参观指导。会议对推动中国刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦装备行业的发展，提高警用装备现代化水平，了解国际警用装备的现状等方面发挥了重要作用，同时为参展的国内外刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦装备和产品企业提供无限商机。

l 参展内容
一、刑事科学技术装备：
1、现场勘查装备：现场勘查光源、无损勘查设备、现场记录分析设备、现场勘查测绘设备、现场勘查辅助设备、专业勘查箱等；
2、鉴定装备：法医检验鉴定仪器设备、痕迹检验鉴定仪器设备、理化检验鉴定仪器设备、影像技术检验鉴定设备、声纹检验鉴定仪器设备、文件检验鉴定仪器设备、电子物证检验鉴定设备、心理测试仪器设备等；

二、警用反恐装备：
1.爆炸物探测设备:利用人体携带和隐藏炸药、利用汽车等交通工具隐藏炸药以及其他特殊方式隐藏炸药的探测设备等；
2.爆炸物处置设备:排爆机器人、无线遥控等爆炸物处置设备；
3.爆炸现场勘查设备、物证发现和提取设备、现场快速检验设备等；
4.安全检验技术和设备、危险品检验设备、危险品处理及运输设备、周界与实体防护产品等；
5.人像、虹膜等生物识别技术和产品等；
6.抢险救援设备:生命探寻设备及破拆、支撑等安全救助设备;爆炸现场抢险救援设备等。
三、警用禁毒装备：
1.毒物毒品分析鉴定设备 2.缉毒侦查专用设备 3.毒品、易制毒化学品查缉设备 4.禁毒通信设备
5.毒品、易制毒化学品检测检验设备 6.禁毒防护设备
四、警用其它交通工具 ：现场勘查专用车、通讯指挥车、防暴车、排爆车、防弹车、巡逻车、电瓶车、水炮车、装甲运兵车、警用摩托车、汽车防护设备、车载设备等。
五、警用其它防护类：勘查服、特种防护服、实验室工作服、防弹衣、头盔、盾牌、 防刺服、搜爆服、排爆服、 防毒面具、警用防护器材 、人体防护用品等。
六、警用械具装备： 路障、电警棍、手铐、警绳、强光手电、警戒带、枪套等警用械具。
七、安防和通信装备：视频监控设备、GPS卫星定位报警系统、安全检查设备、卫星通讯设备、数据与图像传输设备、通信保密设备、无线通讯设备等。
八、通用设备：计算机及配套设备、服务器及配套设备、网络设备、通用软件、办公用品、设备等。
l 技术讲座
1、 刑事执法规范化对警务装备现代化、标准化的具体要求；
2、 刑侦装备规范化管理；
3、 现代化装备与公安工作信息化建设；
4、 介绍和交流最新刑侦、禁毒、反恐、经侦技术器材在公安相关领域的应用；
5、 介绍、交流、探讨国内外最新的物证鉴定技术。

We will put together an internal publication - "Selected Research publications from the members of International Chinese Society for Physical Activities and Health (Volume 1); 国际华人体育与健康协会会员科研论文选编（第一卷）"
We invite all of our members to send me your selected past publications in PDF format. Publisher''s PDF without water marks will be most ideal. We will then put them all in one PDF file with a cover, send to a print-on-demand website.
We will put the first 15 qualified papers into Volume one, next 15 qualified papers into Volume two, so on and so forth. The papers included here will appear in the book exactly as they looked in their original journal. We will only put the reprint you sent us together as one PDF file without any editing.
The qualified papers should 1). be authored, or coauthored, by our members; 2). be published by peer reviewed journals; 3). present original research; and 4). be in good quality PDF format.
Upon receive your papers, We will determine the quality of the paper. We will consult with the executive committee members if for any reason that I think the paper may not qualify. The simple majority electronic vote of the five executive committee members will be the final authority on the selection of the qualified publication.
There should be no copyright issues since this is an internal product - there will be no price labeled on the book; the society will not benefit from it financially, not even a penny; and we will never sell it for profit.
Any society members can order the book from the website upon completion of the process. The society delegation will use this/these book(s) as gifts for our host universities during our summer lecture tour and other official exchanges.
Please send us at least 2-3 of your representative research publications, the more the merrier.
