Dear members and friends of ICSPAH,
We have just had a very successful annual meeting in San Diego at the beginning of this month. More than 40 scholars attended our general assembly and the dinner that followed. You will have a full report about the meeting soon.
I am writing this letter to remind you to renew (or join) the Society as a lifetime/full/student member if you have not done so. I thank you for those of you who have paid your dues.
Membership is the single most important issue of the society. Actively participating members are the motors of the society''''s development.
The society provides our members a platform for academic exchange, source of information for career development, and an opportunity for new and renewed friendship.
The society provides our members a voice within different professional organization. For examples, we are an AAHPERD affiliated organization. We are also in collaboration with SCSPEF (Society of Chinese Scholars on Exercise Physiology and Fitness).
The Society provides our members a bridge between overseas HPERD scholars and our colleagues in China. Last year, we have received many Chinese scholars in the US, organized workshops with different Chinese government offices, presented lecture tours at many universities in China.
Please join us and support our society with action and your membership. Our lifetime membership ($200) provides stability for the society and illustrates your long term commitment to our efforts. Our professional membership ($25) is our most popular membership that provides you the privilege to access the resources of the society and the opportunity to participate the society organized workshops, collaborations and lecture tours.
