The 163.com; sohu.com, @184.com... all have the same problems.
Only gmail.com, hotmail.com ... are ok.

I find out that you are using fixed width tables
table width=920
should use percentage width table
table width=90%, so the table width is 90% of the web page width.
Or table width=100%, so the table width is 100% of the web page width.

The paragraph table is set to 920 pixels, which is less than 960 pixels so that the customized borders could be displayed nicely. We are writing to you because we are aware that you are an advertiser on Rush Limbaugh''s radio program and we want you to know that our organization, the "Union to Insist on Rush Limbaugh to Apologize" , is organizing a boycott of your company. This boycott will be in effect until you no longer provide advertising revenues to Rush Limbaugh or until Rush Limbaugh publicly apologizes for his insults to the Chinese people. We also want you to know that our organization has ties to many people outside the Chinese community, so this boycott will be far reaching.
In response to Rush Limbaugh''s recent on-air ridicule of the Chinese people, we feel that it''s important that we make our outrage known. Limbaugh''s comments were offensive to all Chinese, whether they be citizens of the United States of America or citizens of China, and while we support the free exchange of ideas over the air-waves, we also feel that there is never an excuse to ridicule or mock other cultures. Our organization''s mission is to foster understanding between the American and Chinese people, and Rush Limbaugh''s recent performance does much to undermine that understanding. This is unacceptable.
In the event that you are not aware of Rush Limbaugh''s irresponsible speech and actions we are sorry for the hardships that this boycott may place on your company. We, however, are very firm that Rush Limbaugh must apologize before we can put this unfortunate incident behind us. We look forward to your support in making this happen.
