Job description:
A seasoned manager with over 10 yrs experience in real-time embedded software development (C++), and minimum 3 yrs experience as a manager. This candidate will be responsible to manage a team of 10+ software developers, driving embedded software development in broadcasting equipment. He will lead, drive and mentor an enthusiastic team to deliver robust and quality software on time. Knowledge of Audio or Video is a plus.
Required Job Skills:
- Minimum 3 years management experience with direct reports
- Proven track record to deliver robust and quality embedded software on time.
- Understand software development lifecycle and have exposure to large scale software development process.
- Knowledge of design patterns and OOD.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal, motivational skill
- Manage embedded software development, and help, mentor and grow team members.
Years of Direct Experience Required:
3+ years management experience
10+ year embedded software development experience
Areas of Direct Experience:
Real time embedded software development
Familiar with VxWorks development environment
Understand audio and video standard
Report to Director of Software Development
Educational Requirements:
BS or MS in CS or EE

我们西南这个片区，云贵川+广西，幼儿园里对于外教的需求非常旺盛，想了解下您这里有没有可能组织一批大学本科学生来西南实习，时间不超过半年，我们提供食宿和适当的补助。学生的工作就是在幼儿园教书，性格open一些，易于沟通就最好了。
为了让整个流程更简单一些，学生只需要获得旅游签证，我们在这里想法给他转成工作签证
We will pay 1500-2000 CNY (RMB) Per Person per month with providing a place to live.
We can cover the airfare + visa fee with the condition that the student needs to commit for at least 6 months.
The school will be in GuiYang (the capital of GuiZhou province) the workload is 20+ classes per week.
