Dear NECINA members and friends:
Please mark your calendar on Feb 12, 2011. It will be NECINA''''s 15th Anniversary Gala Night! It is a fun night and please don''''t miss!
With your support, participation and continued contribution, NECINA will be turning 15 in 2011. In the past 15 years, NECINA has been the platform for entrepreneurship and leadership development in high tech industry in the New England area. Its achievements in both high-tech industry and our community have been remarkable. When we talk about NECINA, we think about its great services for its members and community! We can name those programs on new technology information exchange, leadership training, business plan contest, YES program for the promising youth, as well as its exciting annual summer outing for all, and the great entertaining programs for the Chinese New Year. NECINA, as a non-profit, has contributed greatly to this community that we all belong to. We are very proud of her.
So, come join us for a special evening of banquet along with a comedy show, special awards along with keynote speeches by Mr. Wufu Chen and Mr. Cheng Wu, the leaders of telecom and computer network industry. Everyone is cordially invited to celebrate NECINA''''s 15th anniversary, including your family members, friends and our sponsors in the past 15 years. The dress code for this special evening is Black Tie. The day we chose is two days before the Valentines'''' Day, so it''''s also the time for you to bring your special valentine. 悼辞写的很感人,眼泪差点掉下来, 又觉得不好意思, 四下看看小孩子们没注意到, 马上收回. 心里却为您失去了母亲而难过. 小时候总在想,自己的母亲到底爱不爱我们这件事, 因为很多事情不能理解, 慢慢长大后, 才觉得母亲是爱我们的, 只是每个母亲爱的方法不一样吧. 于是慢慢释怀而包容了. 望您能尽快从失母的悲哀中恢复.

姜教授，您好！
我是你主编的“美國華裔教授專家網“的忠实读者。每此阅读都能得到很多有用的信息，也常能读到一些开拓眼界，启迪思路的好文章。特别是可以先期了解国内出台的新政策。对我确实有很大帮助。谢谢您及其他老师为此付出的辛劳。
我在南加大工作已近十年，一直很关心国内的情况。因为我是搞生物的，所以更加关注环境保护方面的问题。我注意到，近些年来，国内沙尘暴有愈演愈烈的趋势。据说国家投巨资用于沙尘暴的研究和治理工作。
十天前，我向“中华人民共和国环境保护部，环境保护对外合作中心”发了一封电子邮件（见附件），寻求合作研究事宜。可是到现在没有见到只言片语的回复。我对国内政府部门工作效率略知一二，却不知一个负责对外合作的部门也如此冷漠。我甚至
怀疑，那个邮箱地址根本就是个摆设。
姜教授，我注意到您和国内交流频繁，想必对如何与国内打交道比较熟悉。如能得到您的指点和帮助将不胜感激, 谢谢您!
