中国开始坚定地走自己的路 ！《南德意志报》指出，近期法国提出用幻影2000战机的相关技术换取中国量子 计算、通信合作机会的请求遭到了中国拒绝；乌克兰出售最后一艘巡洋舰的请求被婉拒；英国提出让中国遵循英国发动机标准，合作生产制造大飞机发动机，中国最后竟然选择了拒绝；美国提出把美国的部分航天技术用于中国即将建成的空间站的要求也被中国谢绝。 中国突然之间不再盲目仰视西方，不再紧盯西方，不是美国做什么中国就紧跟着做什么，中国已经开始有了自己的一套军备科技发展规划，中国开始坚定的走自己的路，这在以前是不可想象的。
苹果公司看到中国腾讯和阿里巴巴发展的风声水起，在移动支付领域完全处于引领潮流，开始不服了，于是施压腾讯、阿里巴巴，要求微信、UC必须把赞赏金额的30抽成给苹果公司。 苹果公司以为，按照以往的惯例，中国肯定会屈从苹果的要求啊。 但是这次苹果错了，腾讯断然绝了苹果霸道要求，阿里巴巴也直接关闭了UC打赏。 微信已经将IOS的打赏功能下架，而马云也宣布关闭UC的打赏功能！ 霸道的苹果以为自己会轻松让中国屈从，但最后却惨遭失败，苹果股价在5个交易日里跌557亿美元（约合人民币3788亿元），蒸发接近4000亿！ 美国媒体感叹，美国依靠军备科技对中国发号施令的时代结束了，估计以后再想发号施令让中国言听计从估计更难了。 半年前，中国便由华为拿下了全球下一代，即5G时代的标准制定权！ 近日，又由中国三大运营商郑重宣布，将在未来七年之内，出手1.2万亿，打造属于中国的5G时代！ 美媒感叹，作为信息时代的霸主，美国轻松赚取巨额利润的时代快结束了，苹果就是一个典型。
德国媒体也指出，西方想躺着也能吃香喝辣的日子估计不多了，再不努力真的要处处求助中国了。 《南德意志报》指出，欧美等西方国家有着天然的优越感，以为自己就是世界的中心，其他国家对于自己的要求只会言听计从，可是如今规则变了，中国不再遵循西方制定的规则，逐步开始制定自己的规则。 中国军备科技快速突围，西方国家真的需要调整心态了。 中国2015年在研发上的投入是美国的75％。 2000年，中国的投入只有美国的12%，中国的研发投入预计到2022年将超过美国。 近15年来，美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国和其他欧洲国家的研究经费停滞不前，而中国的资金大幅增加。 |

迈克尔阿蒂亚的证明在逻辑形式上也是错误的
阿蒂亚昨天的证明只有短短的五页纸！其中证明只有15行！可真的有那么简单吗？阿蒂亚在第二节定义的TODD函数就不靠谱，而这恰恰是证明的关键所在。
阿蒂亚是用了一个TODD函数的公式，假设有与黎曼猜想矛盾的点存在，这个公式是收缩的，那么就可以把一个个点代入这个公式，如果没有一个点成立，那么他就证明了黎曼公式。
阿蒂亚的“证明”在形式上也是错误的，根据逻辑规则：1，在两个否定的前提中不能得出结论,2，如果大前提是特称判断，小前提是否定判断，不能得出结论。3，其他、、、。
阿蒂亚企图证明：
大前提：有一个否定黎曼猜想的点存在。
小前提：这个点不存在
结论：黎曼猜想成立。
阿蒂亚的企图违反了上面所说的逻辑规则。
好比说：
大前提：有一个否定“男人都有一个y染色体”个体（即“没有y染色体的男人”）存在，
小前提：不存在这样的男人
结论：所有的男人都有一个y染色体。
这样的证明没有价值。 |

错误在----假定
1，假定。只能用在否定结果的证明中，例如，欧几里得证明素数无穷多个；或者费马无穷递降法。
假定a成立，可以推出b，得到c，c与a矛盾，所以假定的a不能成立，得到非a。
2，假定不能用在肯定的结论。假定a，可以推出b，得到c，c包含a，所以假定的a成立。（这个就是预期理由的错误）
3，为什么“假定”只能用于否定的结论，而不能用于肯定的结论？
一个对科学理论更强的逻辑制约因素是，它们是能够被证伪的。换一句话说，因为以后能够被观测作有意义的检验，理论一定有被证伪的可能性。这种证伪的判据是区分科学与伪科学的一种方法。原因在于证实的内在局限性，证实只能增加一个理论的可信度，却不能证明整个理论的完全正确。因为在未来的某一个时刻，总是会发现与理论有冲突的事例。
现在我们问？阿蒂亚是证明了黎曼猜想是否成立呢？
1，阿蒂亚证明黎曼猜想成立，就是说他假设的那个“点”被证明没有，假设是建立在预期理由上，违反逻辑。
2，阿蒂亚证明了黎曼猜想不成立，就是有那一个“点”存在，就是说阿蒂亚找到了反例，那么根本不需要什么在证明，指出反例就可以了。可是，阿蒂亚没有找到反例。 |

REALLY Last Call for SCUDEM III 2018 - Registration Closes 6 October 2018
Greetings,
Exceptional Growth Experience in Mathematical Modeling for Students
We invite you to a register a student team with faculty coach for SCUDEM III 2018- SIMIODE Challenge Using Differential Equations Modeling to be held during the period 19-27 October 2018. Registration for SCUDEM III 2018 closes on 6 October 2018 for teams of three students from two or four year college and high school. Tempus fugit!
Be sure to check out the convincing videos in which students share their powerful experiences in past SCUDEM events.
From 19-27 October 2018 student teams will select one of three problems (1) physical science/engineering, (2) life sciences/chemistry and (3) social sciences and develop a model for presentation on Challenge Saturday, 27 October 2018, at a local site near their home campus. In addition to immediate feedback on their models, students will hear other student presentations, meet other students who have developed a model, participate in a fun MathBowl, and grow in understanding and self-efficacy of the modeling process.
For faculty there will be a rich Faculty Development program with activities and many examples to support modeling in teaching differential equations. Bring as many faculty colleagues as you wish at no additional cost. No expensive meeting travel, just a collegial short trip to local site near the home campus.
Complete results from all past SCUDEM events are available. This includes fun Math Bowls. Try out your hand!
Please share the news of SCUDEM III 2018 with faculty colleagues engaged or interested in teaching differential equations and modeling courses. They can then invite students to participate in the SCUDEM III 2018 Challenge as well as join with other faculty for a rich Faculty Development program provided by SIMIODE.
