“2010中美房地产峰会”将于2010年8月25日至27日在美国洛杉矶举行。
峰会旨在搭建美中地产业合作的平台，促进美中两国政府间高层在地产领域的互动，共同探讨两国地产业发展面临的机遇与挑战，建立双方地产领袖的紧密联系及合作。应邀参加大会的美中双方各级政府官员、知名地产专家学者将就美国最新经济动向、绿色低碳住宅发展及美中两国地产交易讲演、研讨。同时，大会将介绍美国对海外投资者的居民待遇等各种优惠条件以及相关的税收和法律实务。

The prospective candidates are supposed to have a good command of English and Chinese languages. Fluent written translation and oral interpretation between English and Chinese are required. Good interpersonal communication skills and responsiveness in email and cell phone calls. Good writing skills in both English and Chinese are a plus.

I attended the 中國河南－洛杉磯 投資貿易暨文化產業洽談會（7/23）. There seem to be a delegation for 邀请函：第六届中国河南国际投资贸易洽谈会（8/26-28. After I reviewed their investment proposals, I feel a little pity for them that they had little experiences to draw foreign investments and their activities will not be fruitful.
