吴曦葳老师 智美管理咨询执行董事、“心理性格和能力模型”专家
中国人民大学国际经济学研究生、中国人民大学在职研究生《静心的艺术：职业人士与压力共舞》课程特邀讲师。
吴曦葳师承亚洲“数理哲学Numerology”第一人曹树龙老师[台湾]，曾受邀以该主题担任“2008中国人力资本管理年会”演讲嘉宾，她主编的《快乐人生》一书已再版8次，传播海外。

The Second Round of Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) between the United States and China is taking place in Beijing during May 24-25 , 2010. The talks will be co-chaired by Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner as the Special Representatives of President Obama, and by Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and State Councilor Dai Bingguo as Special Representatives of President Hu Jintao.
Both sides will have an extensive and in-depth exchange of views on the strategic, long-term and cross-cutting issues that have a bearing on the future direction of U.S.-China ties. Under the strategic track of the second S&ED, both sides will discuss bilateral ties, and regional and global issues. Consultations will also be held on energy security, climate change, U.N. peacekeeping and counterterrorism. The economic track is focused on promoting progress in four areas: economic recovery and sustained, balanced economic growth, mutually beneficial trade and investment while opposing trade protectionism, financial market stability and reform, and restructuring of the international financial system. As a dialogue between top officials of the two countries against the global backdrop, S&ED is based on the strategic vision of long-term cooperation and coordination. As an important step in promoting the positive development of U.S.-China relations, S&ED is also of great relevance to world stability and prosperity. Chinese-Americans are following with abiding interest the successful launch of S&ED II. The Sino-American Philatelic Center has hereby designed this commemorative cover as a record of this historic moment in the annals of U.S.-China relations.
