以欧美为主的西方世界算是市场经济的元老，现在欧洲各国的经济呈现衰退，这就需尊重市场经济规律，物美价廉的物质受消费者青睐，发达国家收入过高，制造业被发展中国家的人工低成本取代其制造是遵循市场经济规律。科技创新也不只是欧美的专利，近年来中国的发明创造也大大一些超过发达国家，当然感恩欧美早期帮助中国开放市场，同时这些国家赚到并超出更多想要得到的，100年前的美国也是照搬英国各种制造技术发家致富的呀！
美国联邦储备局货币超发最多，今年又已经激进地五次调升利息，导致由通货膨胀的市场到通货紧缩、美金升值，外国货币贬值、外国资本外流，人为频繁使用经济杠杆也没有尊重市场经济由市场调控的原则。 |

Grant Types
Minority Incentive Grants – Minority members are defined as belonging to one of the following racial-ethnic groups: African American; American Indian/Alaska Native; Asian; Hispanic; Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander or Multi-ethnic. These grants are offered to encourage minority leadership within the Association. Small Chapter Incentive Grants will be awarded to small chapters with a unit size of 100 or fewer members. Unit size is defined as the number of persons who are represented for purposes of collective bargaining. The chapter membership may be less than the unit size.
New Member Grants will be awarded to applicants who are within their first 5 years of CTA membership. To learn more about upcoming conferences visit www.CTA.org/Conferences. 对于大多数诈骗，可与Federal Trade Commission联系或使用其Online Complaint Assistant来报案；
对于冒充美国国家税务局征税的诈骗，可向Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration或拨打1-800-366-4484电话报案；
对于身份信息等被窃情况，可向IdentityTheft.gov报案；
对于使用互联网手段进行诈骗，可向FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center报案；
对于跨境电子商务诈骗，应向 econsumer.gov 报案，对于其他商业诈骗活动，可向Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration报案；

職銜： 成功大學校長
經歷： 來自臺灣臺南市，為國立台灣大學學士、哈佛大學公共衛生學院環境衛生科學博士。現為國立成功大學環境醫學研究所特聘教授，於2015年起榮任成功大學校長，為創校80餘年以來首位女性校長。2015年接任財團法人高等教育國際合作基金會董事長；2017年任中華民國國立大學校院協會理事長；2017年榮獲哈佛大學公共衛生學院公共衛生實踐領導典範獎；2018年亦榮獲《亞洲科學家雜誌》（Asian Scientist）-「亞洲百大科學家」、科技部2017年度傑出研究獎。2018年以室內空氣污染專家的專業，獲頂尖nature期刊點名為十大東亞科學明星之一。
近年來女力在科學，工程，數學等各方的努力，有所突破。不管在領導階層或是技術層面都是有女性參與有傑出的表現，闖出一片天。科技女力崛起是改變世界的新力量。對一個將踏入社會，不管男女同學，已加入職場的都必須對我們社會結構有了重大的改變，有所認知。一個成大創校80餘年的首任儏出女性校長為我們講述，分析女力在科學的重大影響是最是最適合的了！
