《海外有话不能不说》中华民族需要理性，感性代替不了五千年文明。三个极端毁政害国。外交政策极端、网络管控极端，疫情防御极端，这三端必须端走、端正、重新端视。外交政策最起码要达到俄罗斯的尺度，不能厉害过俄罗斯。中俄之间是好朋友，朋友之间在于相互学习，借鉴，取长补短，否则即是酒肉朋友。俄外长拉夫罗夫有做派，有教养，虽然强硬但话粗理细，是一匹理性战狼。网络管控不能极端，否则就是秀才不出门揣测天下事，无知产生无谓，在无谓的基础上必然产生误判。与外界隔绝即是固步自封，网络管控越严厉科技发展越落后，开民智必须开网络，民智未开举国衰。防疫极端，一隔离就是二十一天。动不动就封城、封省、封县。检测、全员检测，排队检测，一天两次检测。三年下来，实践证明：控制住了人控制不住疫情，封城不如封嘴，只要人人戴口罩不一定必须打针吃药💊。大国外交要有大做派。大国网络要有大空间。大国防疫应采取群体免疫。这些忠言逆耳的话只有海外还敢说。既然身为国人就要敢爱敢恨也敢说。 |

Many real systems can be modeled as networks, where the elements of the system are nodes and interactions between elements are edges. An even larger set of systems can be modeled using dynamical processes on networks, which are in turn affected by the dynamics. Networks thus represent the backbone of many complex systems, and their theoretical and computational analysis makes it possible to gain insights into numerous applications. Networks permeate almost every conceivable discipline---including sociology, transportation, economics and finance, biology, and myriad others---and the study of "network science" has thus become a crucial component of modern scientific education.
The school "Complex Networks: Theory, Methods, and Applications" offers a succinct education in network science. It is open to all aspiring scholars in any area of science or engineering who wish to study networks of any kind (whether theoretical or applied), and it is especially addressed to doctoral students and young postdoctoral scholars. The aim of the school is to deepen into both theoretical developments and applications in targeted fields.

California State University, San Bernardino is hosting its 10th Annual Pre-Medical and Pre-Health Conference on the 19th of February 2022. This conference aims to enrich the professional lives of Southern California Pre-Health students through various workshops, panels, and a recruitment fair. We aim to connect with those who come from underrepresented backgrounds and inspire them on their journey through medicine and healthcare.
Many resources will be available to attendees so that they will be more prepared for a career in healthcare. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask admissions questions through the numerous panels that will be offered throughout the day. Diverse sets of workshops and speakers will be accessible to all attendees. The conference will also offer various opportunities for individual growth through networking opportunities, mentorships, and internship programs.
