01.喝豆漿，其實它比什麼都好！
02.只要是香氣非常夠的水果(蘋果、土芒果、土芭樂、水蜜桃、甚至是榴槤)，要喜歡吃；不喜歡榴槤就不要勉強，當身體排斥某樣東西的時候，就算再勉強吃，身體的每個細胞是不開心或排斥的，再好的東西也沒用，反而傷害身體！
03.不能吃葡萄柚 ~ 裡面的Narigin會破壞肝功能排毒！
04.睡的飽比吃得好重要太多！太多！睡覺時會排放出褪黑激素，缺乏褪黑激素時人會無法正常運作,，會產生憂鬱、負面思考等想法。
05.果汁不要用打的，不但纖維被破壞，打碎的纖維會氧化，對身體是不好的；真要打果汁，就買一台600塊的隨便打打就好了，千萬不要買超強大功能的果汁機；最好就是生吃，沒嚼碎都沒關係!
06.水果比蔬菜還要重要，甚至可以少吃蔬菜，但是不能少吃水果(裡面的植化素是別的東西沒有的)，且菜都吃煮過的，裡面營養成分早已被破壞掉，生吃又有農藥！
07.水不要喝太多，但是一天要喝體重(公斤)X30的量，例如：50公斤X30=1,500cc的水。
08.要多喝茶和咖啡，因為身體是ph7，但是要讓身體調到ph7.35~7.4，變成弱鹼，才不易得癌症。
09.幽門桿菌會造成胃癌，茶讓幽門桿菌無法黏在胃壁上，且茶裡面的苯丙胺酸會讓人心情好。
10喝 普洱茶 是得乳癌最快的方法，因為放了太久，裡面有大量的黃麴毒素是致癌物！
11.咖啡裡面的L-Dopa可保肝、保腎臟,，預防子宮頸癌，還可以防治帕金森症！但絕不要喝低咖啡因或無咖啡因的咖啡，因為要用更多的化學物來將咖啡因萃取掉。
12.不要喝牛奶，裡面的酪蛋白是極酸的致癌物，也容易形成腫瘤！牛有四個胃可反芻代謝掉，我們只有ㄧ個胃，根本無法代謝 (早在1918年就已研究出來，但不斷被壓住，不敢公開)，嬰兒最好是餵母奶，如喝牛奶，喝到三歲就一定要停止！
13.常偏頭痛、抽筋，又查不出原因，就是缺鈣！
14.綠茶是最好的，再來烏龍(香片也屬烏龍)，再來紅茶(包括所有花茶、果茶都屬紅茶)。
15.不要再吃善存，裡面是碳酸鈣，也會結石。 |

英國「泰晤士報高等教育特刊」(Times Higher Education)21日公布2016-2017年全球最佳大學排行榜報告，今年將調查排名的大學數量，從去年的800所增加到980所，共有來自全球79個國家的大學上榜，其中有來自24個亞洲國家的290所大學進榜，有19所晉升全球前200名。美國大學進入排行榜前列的仍占多數，前十名中美國大學就占七所，整個最佳大學排行榜中，美國共有148所大學進榜。三分之二的美國大學進入前200名。世界前20名大學依序是：牛津大學、加州理工學院、史丹福大學、劍橋大學、麻省理工學院、哈佛大學、普林斯頓大學、倫敦帝國學院、蘇黎世聯邦理工學院、柏克萊加大與芝加哥大學並列第10 。接下來是耶魯大學、賓州大學、洛杉磯加大、倫敦大學學院、哥倫比亞大學、約翰霍普金斯大學、杜克大學、康乃爾大學、西北大學。這項調查是根據教學與學習環境、研究數量與聲望、研究報告被引用率、國際展望及知識轉移等13個指標進行評估。
