您好；
我先生是美国公民，我是永久居民（绿卡），我因为一些原因不想加入美国国籍，我们没有孩子，我们房子，银行账户等等都在一起，两人名下。
我们一直以为只要是夫妻，只要财产在一起就不用交遗产税，但好像不是这样，有些烦恼。
请问除了我加入美国国籍之外，我们是否还有其他选择？

以上職位如有美國雇主聘請, 拿到工作簽證,
1. 最終是否取得綠卡 ?
2. 要排期多久 ?
3. 排期中是否可以更換雇主, 如果公司倒閉, 是否不能取得綠卡 ?
B.. 非技術勞工(EB-3C),是否可以申請綠卡如下:
公司: 1. PIZZA HUT / BURGER KING 職位: 餐廳服務員, , 餐廳清潔工, PIZZA 廚師
