筹备组委员会分为以下4个部门：
1.外联组：筹划赞助建议书，寻求与企业、专业组织、盈利机构等的赞助合作形式。成功与商家达成合作并获得赞助的外联部成员将获得协会提供的奖励。
2.会务组：负责筹划与运作晚会准备工作各环节的各项事务，包括场地布置，人员安排，与其他部门统筹协调。
3.公关组：邀请演艺公司、学校、明星艺人，接待晚会宾客，负责晚宴事宜；与各大主流媒体建立良好合作关系。
4.宣传组：组织和策划晚会的主题、题目，设计活动海报，编写宣传文件，负责各种形式的宣传活动，以扩大年会影响力。
晚会演员招募：
（1）各大高校、社团、在职人士: 不论你是高校学子、各大社团成员，或是职场人士; 不论你曾钟情于器乐、沉醉于舞蹈、迷恋上戏曲，还是拥有一身技艺，只要有一份属于你的艺术才华，都欢迎加入我们，在聚光灯下将你的精彩展现给世界。
（2）合作单位及艺人邀请：我们同时诚邀国内各大演艺公司、学校、明星艺人参与合作，并提供展示舞台。也欢迎有直接个人资源的朋友加入我们团队，邀请相关明星艺人，具体待遇可面谈。

Based on the revised By-Law, which will be voted on March 18, 2015 at ICSPAH General Assembly, there will be a student representative joining the ICSPAH Executive Council if the revised By-Law is approved by the General Assembly. To get prepared for this to happen, there is a need for candidates for this position. We would like to ask you, especial those who have doctoral students, to nominate a candidate for this position. Proposition 41 Notice of Funding Availability Released
Applications Due April 27 For First $75 Million
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) released its first Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the state’s Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention Program (VHHP) on February 25, 2015. The VHHP will fund construction of permanent and transitional housing for homeless Veterans, Veterans with disabilities, and general affordable housing for low income Veterans and their families, regardless of the Veteran’s discharge status.
“The State of California is committed to ending and preventing homelessness for our Veterans and their families,” said Debbie Endsley, Acting Secretary of the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet). “We are very pleased to be working with our State and community partners to create high quality, service-enriched housing opportunities for our Veterans who sacrificed so much for us.”
The VHHP program is administered by HCD. The program guidelines emphasize the development of housing that provides support programs for Veterans with identified service needs. Applications from affordable housing developers seeking to construct housing for Veterans are due to HCD by April 27, 2015, with awards scheduled to be announced in June 2015.
As of January, 2014, an estimated 12,000 homeless Veterans live in California, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. VHHP is funded by a $600 million bond measure approved by voters as Proposition 41 on California’s June 2014 election ballot. The first NOFA will distribute approximately $75 million. The Transfer & Career Planning Center will be hosting a Career & Job Fair on campus Thursday, March 12, 2015. This event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Barstow College Gymnasium (2700 Barstow Rd. Barstow, CA 92311).
This event is a great way for our students to gather vital job/career information on employers who will be in attendance. There will be approximately 40 employers who are willing to answer any questions, offer professional guidance and support. The Transfer and Career Planning Center believes this occasion is a great opportunity in which students may consider options they may not have been aware of. If the student is an EOPS/CalWORKs/AFS student, the individual will receive workshop credit. If they are a part of a student club they will receive service points. $1 In-N-Out will be provided for those who attend. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Transfer and Career Planning Center staff. We hope you and the students join us for this important event. 摘要：须包括研究背景、材料方法、主要结论或研究成果，字数约150字-200字。
关键词：须简练、准确，数目3-5个，分号间隔。
2、正文: 内容须结构完整、思路清晰、观点鲜明、角度客观、表述准确（切勿涉及单位机密或其他相关信息）；正文须包括引言、正文与结论；另文中数字一律用阿拉伯数字表示；文中所附表格为三线表、图片格式均为jpg，公式必须准确无误。
3、参考文献: 采用顺序编码制。引文采用序号标注，参考文献表按引文的序号排序。
4、作者简介: 作者简介内容包括：姓名，职称，工作单位，研究方向等。
