Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Wayland, MA
We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Syneron Candela. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device industry, preferably implementing software designs related to aesthetic laser systems and accessories. You will be developing and documenting mission critical software designs involving command and control, performance monitoring, and reliable operation under real-time conditions. Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded software engineering using C/C++, familiarity with communication protocols including CAN, RS232, SPI as well as RTOS experience. Proficiency with reading schematics and using oscilloscopes, emulators, and other test equipment required. An understanding of medical device software and software life cycle (IEC 62304) is desirable. Strong technical and analytical abilities as well as excellent interpersonal, organization as well as verbal and written communication skills required. BS Software, computer or related engineering degree.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Scientist to join our team at Syneron Candela, the leading manufacturer of aesthetic lasers and directed energy devices. Come join the team where you can design and develop cutting edge and innovative technologies. You will demonstrate feasibility, build working prototypes, and help take ideas through product development to the market. Evaluate new and existing technologies for new applications and improvement of the old ones. Advanced degree in physics or electrical engineering is required. Knowledge of lasers, tissue optics, and laser tissue interactions preferred. Hands on experience in experimental techniques in optics and laser technology, studying tissue effects, electronics, and instrumentation. At least five years of research experience in laser-based devices preferred.

张透明是当着校长而不要脸的唯一的人。他身材很高大；青白脸色，皱纹间时常夹些伤痕；一部乱蓬蓬的花白的胡子。当的虽然是校长，可是又笨又懒，似乎十多年没有论文，也没有成就。他对人说话，总是满口透明计算，教人半懂不懂的。因为他姓张，别人便从报纸上的“透明计算获国家自然科学一等奖”这半懂不懂的话里，替他取下一个绰号，叫作张透明。张透明一到店，所有写代码的人便都看着他笑，有的叫道，“张透明，你脸上又添上新伤疤了！”他不回答，对柜里说，“温两碗酒，要一碟茴香豆。”便排出九文大钱。他们又故意的高声嚷道，“你一定又抄了人家的东西了！”张透明睁大眼睛说，“你怎么这样凭空污人清白……”“什么清白？我前天亲眼见你抄了外国人的代码，吊著打。”张透明便涨红了脸，额上的青筋条条绽出，争辩道，“克隆代码不能算抄……克隆！……程序员的事，能算抄么？”接连便是难懂的话，什么“GitHub”，什么“开源”之类，引得众人都哄笑起来：墙内外充满了快活的空气。 |
