报名条件
■ 参赛者必须以团队形式参加，每个参赛团队只能申报一个参赛项目。已在湖州落地，并已享受落地政策的项目不再作为参赛对象。
■ 参赛团队专业结构合理，应包括1名负责人和至少3名核心成员，团队成员间有创业或项目研发的经历。
■ 团队负责人一般应具有硕士以上学位，年龄一般不超过55周岁（1964年12月31日之后出生）；应具有在国内外创业工作经验或曾在国际国内知名企业、机构担任过中高层管理职务；团队负责人一般应为企业法人代表，持股比例不低于30%且为第一大股东。
■ 参赛团队掌握的核心技术拥有自主知识产权，处于国际领先或国内一流水平，主导产品具有较好市场前景并能实施产业化。
■ 项目创业模式及发展目标清晰，有明确意向在湖州科技城创办企业。
