It is the ninth year for us to run NECINA Youth Entrepreneurship Service (YES). We are here to teach high school students what entrepreneurship is, provide them with resources to brainstorm and fulfill business ideas. We invite the best instructors and speakers who are experienced entrepreneurs and want to keep the entrepreneurial spirit from one generation to the next. Through YES, we hope students will be more confident in entrepreneurship and understand teamwork.

On this coming Saturday (11/15), we will teach students how to pitch ideas and sell products to targeting customers and Venture Capitalists. Students are working in teams to cooperate and build confidence in their ideas and products. 第五届“海外高层次人才中国行”的考察行程安排将由天津市科协、天津市武清区、北京中关村管委会、武汉东湖开发区、重庆市高新区、枣庄市政府和全英中国创业发展协会共同主办。
活动日程 (拟)：
12月07日：抵达北京，全天报到
12月08日：中关村考察
12月08-10日：海外高层次人才津门行(武清、滨海新区)
12月11-15日：昆山/枣庄/武汉东湖开发区/重庆市高新区考察
最终行程安排将于近期另行通知
报名人条件：此次组团将主要面向在新能源、新材料、生命科学、医药及生物技术、化工、先进制造业、IT软件、电子信息、现代服务业等各类领域中拥有自主知识产权和智力成果并有意回国创业的海外学人和海外企业。

1、项目简介1份（需包含项目/技术信息、创业团队简介、寻求合作方式等基本信息）

补贴标准：符合参会条件的海外人才的食宿将由组委会免费统一安排。 通过大会组委会及地方政府审核的人员，将按以下标准获得国际旅费补贴：

一年一度的“星耀南湖”精英峰会暨人才合作交流大会将于2014年12月14日在嘉兴市举办，重点围绕“创新嘉兴•精英引领计划”支持的重点产业领域（装备制造业、新材料、新能源、电子信息、生物医药、现代服务业、现代农业，节能环保），邀请海外高层次人才，与我市各类创业创新平台、企业进行人才、技术、项目对接交流，并设投融资服务专区。现将相关事宜函告如下：
一、大会主题
通过人才、项目与平台、企业之间的交流对接，着力展示嘉兴优异的创业创新环境，吸引更多的海外高层次人才创业创新及项目合作，加快推进产业转型升级。
二、主要内容
大会由领导致辞、政策解读、平台推介、对接洽谈、实地考察等五个板块内容组成。
三、举办单位
主办单位：中共嘉兴市委 嘉兴市人民政府
承办单位：市委组织部（市委人才办），市人力社保局。
四、参会对象：
（1）带技术、带项目、带资金的海内外高层次人才
