NETT Workshop 2014: DYNAMICS OF NEURAL CIRCUITS Institute for Complex Systems, CNR, Florence, IT

This is the 4th workshop organized by the Marie Curie Initial Training Network "Neural Engineering Transformative Technologies (NETT)". It focuses on Dynamics of Neural Circuits, including: experimental work on large-scale recording of neural activity, novel tools for analyzing high-dimensional neural datasets, and theoretical aspects related to the emergence of collective behaviors in these systems.

There is some (limited) space to accommodate external speakers and participants. If you intend to give a contributed talk or present a poster please send us a short abstract, otherwise send us just a few lines in which you explain why this workshop is important for you. This selection procedure is necessary due to space and budget limitations. The deadline for application to attend by non NETT members is January 31, 2014. Confirmations will be sent out by February 7, 2014. Once your participation is confirmed the deadline for the registration is February

评论：关于海外华人华侨退休权益的两会提案 |

最近才发现了欧洲、日本和北美都成立了协会，协调对国内的申诉,总算找到了“组织”，我将申诉信写到上海市社保局、上海市侨办、国家社保局、国家外专局，至今没有音信。现在的情况是，国家有专门职能部门负责华侨权益的，但是没有专门职能部门负责华人的，因为我们属于外籍了。
我在1990年出国自费留学前在国内有20年工龄，在国外加入了外籍，2003年应聘回北京国企工作，之后一直在国内工作，也缴费参加社保5年。今年60岁现在高教任教授，在中国有30年工作经历，出国13年仅占小部分。由于我持外籍护照，即使工龄和缴费年限累计足以15年，但是无法将二段不同身份证的社保权益累加在一起。经咨询回应说，现在没有政策依据可以办理。这种做法违反文明社会、公平社会、国际人权、国籍劳工法等原则，也与国家开放姿态不符。严重的问题是，我们既不属于中国公民，又不属于侨民，国家没有专门部门研究管理。希望大家集合起来，增加向国家相关部门申诉的强度，这是唯一的努力方向。 |
