广东省第二届“高层次留学人员创业周”的举行时间地点: 2013年11月25日至29日分别在广东省珠海市、东莞市、中山市举行。
报名条件:
在海外取得博士学位（部分专业、产业领域的急需紧缺人才、经营管理和创业人才可放宽至硕士学位），且符合下列条件之一的人员，可报名参加本届“留创周”活动。
（一）具有海外创新创业工作经历或曾在国际知名企业担任过中高层管理职务，熟悉国外先进的企业管理理念和经营模式，具有开拓精神和国际视野的高层次经营管理人才。
（二）在电子信息、电子商务、生物医药、装备制造、航天航空、新材料、新能源、节能环保等专业领域取得发明专利、自主知识产权专利技术，且技术水平处于国内领先地位的高层次专业技术人才。
（三）携带有成熟的创业项目和计划书，且其项目市场化、产业化前景较好的高层次创业人才。
报名办法
有意参加“留创周”活动的高层次留学人员，请填写《广东省第二届海外高层次留学人员创新创业活动周报名表》， 并寄回到巴黎工作站： info@assoges.com 。报名截止日期为2013年10月10日。广东省外国专家局将根据报名及与相关单位对接情况，于10月下旬发出正式邀请函。对受邀并全程参加“留创周”活动的海外人员，将给予部分国际旅费补贴（亚洲地区3000元人民币，亚洲以外地区5000元人民币），并提供在粤活动期间的食宿费用。

2013 International Conference on Frontiers of Energy, Environmental Materials and Civil Engineering (FEEMCE 2013) will be held in Shanghai, China during November 21-22, 2013. The aim objective of FEEMCE 2013 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Energy, Environmental Materials and Civil Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
FEEMCE 2013 ONLY accepts unpublished research papers in English. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by DEStech Publications, USA, then be indexed with“Engineering Index” (EI) and Thomson ISI.
The excellent papers presented at the conference (after extension) will be recommended for publishing in some International Journals which are indexed by Scopus, SCI or EI.
