心理学家告诫：生气1小时等于熬夜6小时
上周，我约老同学喝茶叙旧。她当年是学校里出名的美女，可一见面，我差点没认出来。她眼神疲惫，皮肤大不如前，30岁不到就有了鱼尾纹，曾经的美女已如众人。交谈中得知，她婚后跟婆婆的关系不好，老公又是孝子，不理解她的难处，受了委屈，她只能压抑。 曾有心理学家通过病例分析发现，生气1小时造成的体力与精神消耗，相当于加班6小时。人的负面情绪得不到释放，会导致血压升高、胃肠紊乱、免疫力下降等，引起皮肤弹性下降、色素沉着，甚至诱发疾病。因此，生闷气就是对自己施加酷刑。人活于世，五味杂陈，遇到让人生气的事，我们需要正确应对。
“向内”，向心灵寻求解决之道。有时候，我们一连几天都情绪很差，这往往是由很多小事积累而成，此时不妨试试 “糟糕分割法”。把糟糕的一天分割成一个个“让你感到糟糕的事”，静下心来回想每一件事为何让你有不好的感觉。通过思考，你会惊奇地发现，其实很多事没什么大不了，你甚至会为自己那些滑稽的习惯性思维发笑。即使有些事的确很糟，但当它被拎出来单独看待时，你会觉得并没有想象中那样让人难以接受。
“向外”，找到宣泄的出口。倾诉能释放情绪，但要找到好的听众。好听众并不需要帮忙解决问题，只要愿意听、别指责、能适时分享自己的经历就好。通过交流，我们会发现自己的经历并不是最糟的。倾听也有助于平复自己的内心，他人的经历能使自己变得释怀，并且有人做伴的感觉会让我们没那么难受。平时，你愿意做朋友的优质听众，当你有需要时，他们也会成为你的好听众。另外，运动、聚会、唱歌也是很好的对外宣泄方法。 |

我始终深爱我的祖国,可不知她为什么那么讨厌我。我想说87年前后是她号召鼓励我们自费出国留学的,(这之前大多数留学生都是公费留学)当时我把所有积蓄拿出来也只够买一张单程机票,便红着脸向朋友和老师借钱交了学费和房费后流着泪踏上异国他乡。那时发誓一定不辜负祖国对我们的希望,一定要拿到学位,否则无颜见江东父老。然而万万没想到就是因响应自费留学号召,被原单位按国家当时规定的「两年不归者按自动离职处理」政策在档案里被记录上了自动离职。那时“自动离职”是怎么回事没有人说明过,而我只知道万不能中断学业呀,我也不知道自动离职与老后有关。当我从49岁开始找原单位和有关单位办理退休手续时,才听说“自动离职”的人是不给办养老保险的。因此如今已60岁了,仍然没有解决这个问题。我跑遍了该去的部门,在冷嘲热讽,吃闭门羹,要求支付巨额报酬的暗示的面前我总是想痛哭,我到底做错了什么?响应号召自费留学错了吗?还是因留学中途应该半途而废而没放弃的缘故呢?记得在国外最苦最累的日子里,落叶归根是我唯一的解脱和寄托。然而如今已过退休年龄10年了,我却得不到祖国的承认,心中痛苦至极。
看着你们的文章我流泪了,你们说出了我们这一批人的心声,有理有节,依法论述,我当然是你们的支持者。也相信祖国不会真的抛弃我们这些对祖国一生赤胆忠心的老人们。
