第24届中国哈尔滨国际经济贸易洽谈会-项目申报

差旅补贴申请：被选中的十个项目将提供国际机票和食宿报销，其他项目持有人可提供食宿。名额有限，如有意向，请尽快提交项目简介。

核四公投／不只國內 海外也投
海外通訊投票制度在台灣推動困難，而核四公投，不只是現在要對核四停建與否做成決定，更影響了我台灣能源供應及經濟政策的長期走向，既攸關你我、亦攸關到下一代。朝野難得齊心選擇公投，要讓全民一起參與這個重大決定。為何卻只考慮到修法採行「國內移轉投票」，刻意忽略在海外也有台灣公民對核四議題同樣關心。 如果是信任問題，美、英、德、日等先進國家均實行通訊投票多年，未見有人質疑其信任問題；如果是技術問題，這些先進國家設計的通訊投票技術，難道不足供我國參考採用？何況，台灣有令外國人稱羨的戶籍制度，海外尚設有一百一十八個駐點（包含大使館、代表處及辦事處），沒道理推不動。癥結點或許如日本最高院所說，是「政府偷懶」、「立法怠惰」，非不能也，是不為也。走過了解嚴、以及政黨輪替，有沒有可能，把握這次核四公投，朝野跨越黨派積極修法，併採國內移轉投票與海外通訊投票制度，讓台灣民主更上一層樓。總之，推動核四公投，務必採行海外通訊投票制度作為配搭，鼓勵全民，不分海內外，一起站出來決定核四的未來。
