题：中国式“顶层设计”是对当代宪政民主与法治社会的公然嘲弄
本身号称民主派的有话语权实际国内实属“先富起来”的经济学者，天天鼓吹或热衷实际谋求由其等作为既得利益者代理人------实属少数的伪精英联手共同利用政治强权而不是依靠人民大众民主选举或人民大众民主政治做后盾来搞“顶层设计”，且不是讲“还政于民、真正的人民大众选举政治、尊重宪法的宪政民主与法治”下的“真正人民大众代表设计”或 “真正人民大众代表的决策与选择”，或由人民大众共同来民主选择自己的未来与主导自己的命运；实际上，其本身就是既得利益者借用改革名义欲通过自己把控的圈内人或内部人搞“顶层设计”来巩固自身既得利益并继续实行现有利于掌权者为核心与所谓先富者为共同代表的既得利益者的自身利益最大化的一种巧妙伪装的政治谋私行为与不道德的改革谎言；实际上，无论在中西方这种企图少数人设计并包办关乎人民大众根本利益的------人民大众政治经济社会制度等民主选择权的行为，可以讲本身就是反民主与反法治违背滚滚历史潮流的行为，甚至就是世界级赤裸裸的公然叫嚣剥夺公众民主政治与经济等自主选择权的强盗行径或政治笑话。
由政客、富商、有知识垄断话语权或投机成性市侩贵族化的学究包办属公开违反现宪法、不讲真实方向、不让民众或人民大众代表民主选择与决策的“顶层社会制度设计”，你相信最终会代表人民大众的根本利益吗？我看，还是不要助纣为虐，醉心少数人或既得利益者包办的“顶层设计”，中国要讲“还政于民、真正的人民大众民主选举政治、尊重宪法的宪政民主与法治”下的“真正人民大众代表设计”或“真正人民大众代表的决策与选择”；否则，“顶层设计”的结果最终就是：某些赤裸裸的不法既得利益者的不法财产、社会地位（含现有社会阶层）等得以全面固化（甚至要进一步强化）、合法化、政治制度保障化与“政客、富商、有知识垄断话语权者 |

Was there a Chinese student Lu Lingzi who was one of the three people who died in the incidence?
I found this in the internet:

Was she the one who was in UCRiverside as a visiting student a few years ago?
I was one of faculties who wrote letters for her and she got several offers including the Boston University, Statistic Department. She was the best student in my class.
