一年一度華裔社區大型阿茲海默症論壇將於4月6日在南灣舉行，誠摯地邀請華裔社區民眾一起來了解阿茲海默症及相關失智症的新知，聆聽與疾病共處的家庭故事，並了解能夠提供協助的社區資源。
當日主題及嘉賓包括阿茲海默症醫療專家座談主持人曹知行博士，阿茲海默症協會全國總會董事。專家講員有阿茲海默症基礎知識與診斷過程: 蔡孟鈞醫師，副醫療總監，Denali Therapeutics ; UCSF神經科學助理教授。 失智症行為管理及安寧照顧。廖俊惠醫師:資深內科/老人醫學專科醫師。 腦部健康研究新知、鄭文利醫師，神經科專科醫師，UCSF全球腦健康研究所，慈濟醫學中心。

Center for Devices and Radiological Health Reorganization – Implementation to Begin
The Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) is beginning implementation of a reorganization that will create an agile infrastructure that can adapt to future organizational, regulatory and scientific needs.
Since June 2018, we have been piloting a more integrated approach to device safety throughout the Total Product Life Cycle (TPLC). Although CDRH has applied a TPLC approach to the regulation of devices for many years, the reorganization will enhance communication among CDRH staff and enable more efficient activities across the life cycle from premarket review to postmarket surveillance.
Implementation of our reorganization will begin on March 18, 2019 with a goal of completing full implementation by September 30, 2019. Each office within the current CDRH structure is undergoing some change to better support and advance CDRH’s public health mission and vision. Implementation will take place in a phased approach, and timelines for implementation will vary by office.
Impact of CDRH Reorganization
After full implementation, the reorganization will integrate CDRH’s premarket and postmarket program functions along product lines, allowing our experts to leverage their knowledge to optimize decision-making across the product life cycle. This type of structure consolidates and integrates many of the current aspects of product review, quality, surveillance and enforcement into a new, team-based approach.
Full implementation of the new structure will increase information-sharing across the Center, enhance collective decision-making, and improve work-life balance and increase professional opportunities for employees.

Individuals should continue to communicate with their current contacts in CDRH or use the CDRH Management Directory to find the best Center contact for a specific issue. As implementation is finalized throughout CDRH, we will update our Reorganization of CDRH page on FDA.gov and the CDRH Management Directory to reflect CDRH’s new structure.

Norman is responsible for optimizing the positive impacts of SBA economic development programs and services on the growth of the local economy in Massachusetts. As a Boston native, Norman grew up in Chinatown and has experience with various community-based organizations both as a program participant and as a collaborative partner. Previously, Norman served as Operations Manager at Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center and Partnership Specialist for the US Census Bureau. Norman resides in Milton, MA with his wife Angela and children: Izaac and Charlotte.

The Clash of Capitalisms? Chinese Companies in the United States, Book Talk with Ji Li
Ji Li is Professor of Law at Rutgers University and a member of the Associate Faculty of the Division of Global Affairs. Professor Li received a Ph.D. in political science from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Yale Law School where he was an Olin Fellow in Law, Economics and Public Policy. Before joining the Rutgers faculty, he practiced corporate and tax law for several years in the New York office of an international law firm. His recent book, The Clash of Capitalisms? Chinese Companies in the United States (Cambridge University Press, 2018), examines the adaptation of Chinese companies, including state-owned Chinese companies, to general US institutions and their compliance (or lack of compliance) with US laws governing tax, employment equality, and national security review of foreign investments.
In the academic year of 2018-2019, Prof. Li is in residence at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton and working on a new book that presents a unified theory to analyze judicial behavior in China.

台湾问题就跟中国足球差不多，人们早已看累了听烦了，未来二十年还是不统不独这个老样子，只有等到有一天中国足球踢了世界冠军台湾也就统一了，这话可能说绝了，但事实就是如此。无论是武统还是和统目前都是不可能的。之所以下这样的结论，其理论依据就是：A、和统取决于大陆，武统取决于美国。和统，大陆目前还不具备台湾所要求的标准，武统，美国要求的是保持现状，保持现状就是美国利益的最大化。远的不说，一场贸易战就打成了社会制度要“结构性”调整，一场跨海大战“谁打了谁”那就更难说了……。B、和统。和统就是目前政客们玩的游戏模式。其实，和统对海峡两岸的百姓来说都没有啥强烈的意愿。抛开假大空不谈，就台湾百姓的真实心理状态而言根本就不想统一。政客们在和统问题上玩得方兴未艾，一会儿玩“九二共识”、一会儿玩“两岸和平协议”。九二共识就是个“先有鸡还是先有蛋”的伪命题，和统首先要签订和平协议，和平协议就是台湾政客在给大陆挖坑。煤老板挖煤滴可以，挖坑滴通通不要。
所谓的“和平协议”就是一份台湾永久独立的“意向性合同”。任何一个协议都需要双落款签字，用何等身份、是否够秤、是国与国之间还是党与党之间这学问可就大了问题也就来了。中华人民共和国和中华民国从来就没有打过仗和平协议从何谈起？和平协议是国与国之间签署，台湾不是一个国家，台湾与大陆是中央政府与地方政府的关系，世界上还没有一个政府与地方签署“和平协议”的。在领土问题上可以玩具有中国特色的一国两制，但不能玩过了头搞什么“一国两签”。别忘了，台湾和美利坚合众国还有个“双边保护协议”，台湾必须废除这个协议后才能考虑与大陆的“和平协议”，台湾敢废除吗？不管什么人，无论什么鸟，张嘴闭嘴就是“和平协议”，搞不懂台湾和大陆究竟是和平个“裘”？协议个“屌”！心平气和地说；在台湾问题上，现阶段就是“不折腾”，保持现状就是最大的“维稳”。中国有无数个经济特区，为什么就容不得一个政治特区？从四个现代化发展到四个自信，为什么就不能在四个自信的基础上再增加一个“台湾问题高度自信”？ |
