SAPA-NE Chinese New Year Party
On behalf of SAPA-NE executive committee, we would like to invite you to join us to celebrate the 2013 Chinese New Year, the Year of Snake.
SAPA-NE will host 2013 Chinese New Year banquet followed by a stage show. The performance includes variety of shows performed by SAPA-NE members, families, as well as professionals. Some of the shows are from talented members' original work. There will be door prizes, lucky money for all kids, dancing and Karaoke for your enjoyment during the celebration.
Dinner keynote: Duan PeiJun, Director, teaching-reserch section of strategic study, senior research fellow, Harvard Kennedy School.

Happy Chinese New Year to you and other recipients again.
I am pretty sure of our Scholars' Net can get a publication viewed by our colleagues in China. I believe the artcile is generally written professionally and fact-driven with the good-will intention to improve the system. It has its important function relevant to numerous derivative issues and the prevention of fraud in Chinese id and the reduction of corruptions. I am blank-copying this message to persons who might be interested in the issues and will conduct themselves accordingly too within their own capability of roles.
