她故事真假当然有关系。
如果她的书侧重于她的科技贡献，那么为什么非要加上不实的早期传奇经历呢？无非是要增加书的卖点罢了。可是她为了买书，就不惜歪曲历史，往中国政府脸上抹黑，也不符合科技企业家的形象吧？
她是公众人物，她这样说会加重美国人对中国政府的妖魔化印象，使其更加把中国政府视为不可理喻的野蛮政府，错误的认为中国人民生活在水深火热之中。其他华人有责任有义务指出她书中的不实之处. |

Misrepresentation to obtain immigration benefits is a crime under the US law. It is the matter of fairness to others and integrity to a person in dispute who wants to project himself or herself into the public life by providing the account of information that is misleading, incomplete, and/or false. People in the public have the rightful interest in running the fact-check. In this case, it appears that the person at issue has mispresented herself to obtain the immigration/citizenship benefit. As we all know, misrepresentation to the Feds is a crime. If some one needs money (the reward from the US government) and also has time, this is an opportunity to make quick and big bucks with lawyers and do a good service to our American society. |
