Tianjin government, its high tech park(天津滨海新区) and top universities in Tianjin ( 南开大学, 天津大学 ect) are visiting Boston on Dec 2 at Marriott Cambridge Hotel. Ø 引进人才形式多样。为“两栖人才”和外籍人士提供灵活多样的选择，鼓励来天津从事科研、讲学、咨询、兼职活动；鼓励开展技术合作、技术入股、投资办企业或从事相关专业领域的工作；鼓励用人单位以岗位聘用、项目聘用、任务聘用、项目合作等方式，引进海外高层次人才智力；鼓励海外人才采用符合自身与用人单位实际的方式，在海外为天津提供人才智力服务。
Ø 招聘会上可以直接签订协议。前来与会的中方人员将不仅仅介绍职位、发布信息，他们可以直接签订聘用合同,直接有用人决定权。 |

僑生赴台就讀 即起報名
新年度海外僑生赴台升讀大學院校，即日起接受申請，申請方式分為海外聯招會（含個人申請與聯合分發），及各大專院校單獨招收僑生入學管道。個人申請報名時間自即日起至12月31日止，2013年3月底放榜；聯合分發制報名時間自2013年2月1日起至2月28日止，2013年6月中旬放榜。
選擇個人申請者，申請人可至多選填三個校系志願，經海外聯招會審查通過並按各生志願順序、名額分發。另研究所報名時間則從即日起至12月31日止。申請資格為在海外出生連續居留迄今，或最近連續居留海外滿六年以上，並已取得當地居留證及能獲當地政府發給回程簽證，同時由海外保薦單位查證屬實者。但申請回國就讀大學醫學、牙醫及中醫學系者，連續居留年限為八年以上。至最近連續居留海外六年或八年期計算，上述日期以簡章申請時間截止日為計算基準，然後往前回溯推算六年或八年。所謂「連續居留」是指每年在台灣停留不得超過120天，否則視為僑居中斷。詳情可參看招生簡章。報名方式為兼採書面及網路方式，報名者可上海外聯招會網站：www.overseas.ncnu.edu.tw/content/a10，登錄個人基本資料並選填志願後，列印各項報名表格，並備齊報名應繳文件後，向芝加哥僑教中心報名。申請人如無法至網站登錄資料者，可自行下載表格，或電芝加哥僑教中心廖小姐（630）323-2440轉分機5013索取。

豐田中國改名"中國豐田"
在本次廣州車展上，豐田中國高層明確表示，在華稱謂將由以前的「豐田中國」改為「中國豐田」。記者昨天從豐田中國方面瞭解到，稱謂的改變並不意味著公司註冊名稱的變化，而是為了傳達豐田品牌在華扎根的決心。據豐田中國本部本部長大西弘致介紹，廣州車展只是把「中國豐田」這個理念定位，但從去年豐田中國團隊全部轉移中國開始，豐田汽車就已經開始向中國豐田轉變。其目的有四個，第一是將豐田這個品牌在中國扎根；第二是企業事業發展的決策能夠在中國進行；第三是參與決策和推行人員應該以中國現階段為主；第四是豐田事業的兩個合作夥伴將更緊密發展。豐田中國希望通過稱謂的改變，來推動豐田品牌本地化，讓中國的消費者理解和認識到在中國生產的豐田產品就是中國的品牌。
自9月以來，豐田在華銷售銳減，其中9月和10月同比下降四成以上。為此豐田在華合資公司紛紛下調銷售目標。但來自一汽豐田和廣汽豐田的數據顯示，目前到店量和銷售量都開始回暖。雖然豐田在華銷量銳減，但豐田汽車表示並不會改變豐田在華策略的變化。按照豐田的規劃，今後3年將向中國市場投放20款新車，其中包括明年在一汽豐田和廣汽豐田投放的小型車。與此同時，為進一步扎根中國市場，明年一汽豐田和廣汽豐田將依次建立合資自主品牌。新能源方面，搭載國產混合動力總成的車型將在2015年前推出。 |
