Ø 提供职位多，涉及领域广。本次招聘会欲招募的人才的专业领域近一百个, 既包括诸如通信、能源、医学、金融、工程这样的热门专业，也包括诸如文学、哲学、社会学这样的相对"冷门"的专业，为各个学科的人才提供施展才干的机遇
Ø 引进人才形式多样。为“两栖人才”和外籍人士提供灵活多样的选择，鼓励来天津从事科研、讲学、咨询、兼职活动；鼓励开展技术合作、技术入股、投资办企业或从事相关专业领域的工作；鼓励用人单位以岗位聘用、项目聘用、任务聘用、项目合作等方式，引进海外高层次人才智力；鼓励海外人才采用符合自身与用人单位实际的方式，在海外为天津提供人才智力服务。
Ø 招聘会上可以直接签订协议。前来与会的中方人员将不仅仅介绍职位、发布信息，他们可以直接签订聘用合同,直接有用人决定权。 |

僑生赴台就讀 即起報名
新年度海外僑生赴台升讀大學院校，即日起接受申請，申請方式分為海外聯招會（含個人申請與聯合分發），及各大專院校單獨招收僑生入學管道。個人申請報名時間自即日起至12月31日止，2013年3月底放榜；聯合分發制報名時間自2013年2月1日起至2月28日止，2013年6月中旬放榜。
選擇個人申請者，申請人可至多選填三個校系志願，經海外聯招會審查通過並按各生志願順序、名額分發。另研究所報名時間則從即日起至12月31日止。申請資格為在海外出生連續居留迄今，或最近連續居留海外滿六年以上，並已取得當地居留證及能獲當地政府發給回程簽證，同時由海外保薦單位查證屬實者。但申請回國就讀大學醫學、牙醫及中醫學系者，連續居留年限為八年以上。至最近連續居留海外六年或八年期計算，上述日期以簡章申請時間截止日為計算基準，然後往前回溯推算六年或八年。所謂「連續居留」是指每年在台灣停留不得超過120天，否則視為僑居中斷。詳情可參看招生簡章。報名方式為兼採書面及網路方式，報名者可上海外聯招會網站：www.overseas.ncnu.edu.tw/content/a10，登錄個人基本資料並選填志願後，列印各項報名表格，並備齊報名應繳文件後，向芝加哥僑教中心報名。申請人如無法至網站登錄資料者，可自行下載表格，或電芝加哥僑教中心廖小姐（630）323-2440轉分機5013索取。
