第10屆亞太裔科技與工程獎學金
西雅圖中國工程師學會為促進美國亞太裔青少年在科技和工程領域發展專業興趣，並鼓勵他們對社區和社會不斷貢獻，將舉辦「第十屆亞太裔科技與工程獎學金」活動，歡迎亞太裔青少年踴躍報名參加。 獎學金類別共分三組，分別為 (一)初中組：7至9年級，每名250元；(二)高中組：10至12年級，每名500元；(三)大學組：每名600元。所在年級以2012年5月31日後的新學期為準，秋季開學之後的新學期為準。有意報名者必須具備以下三項條件：一、參選人必須於2012年5月31日之後在美國華盛頓州認可的公立或私立學校就讀，並在2012年秋季學期是全職學生。二、參選人必須具有亞太裔家庭背景。三、去年獎學金的獲獎者不得於今年再度參選同類型的獎學金。選拔標準將依學習成績、社區服務，在科技或工程領域的理想、課外活動和成果，以及簡要的論文(Essay)來做評鑑。報名自即日起開始至6月15日 截止，獲獎人將在7月31日前接到通知，得獎人將於今年9月該會秋季年會時接受頒獎。有關詳情請電郵至：ciescholarship@cie-sea.org洽詢，也可至該會網站：www.cie-sea.org查詢細節。
