Dear All Memebers of International Chinese Society of Physical Activities and Health (ICSPAH):
Yuanlong‘s greeting from Michigan. On behalf of the ICSPAH executive committee Drs. Li Li (past president), Xiaozan Wang (president elect), Wei Bian (secretary) and Yong Gao (member-at-large), I want to express our thankfulness to you all for your support ICSPAH. I want to borrow this opportunity to say thank you for your trust in me as the president of 2012. In last six years under the leadership of Drs. Li Li, Ping Xiang, Hongwei Guan and Jinjin Yang and YOU all the members' full support, our society has been stronger than ever.
I would like to communicate with you about the 2012 Summer ICSPAH Lecture Tour to China. As we have been doing in these years, ICSPAH will have another collaboration and lecture group to China. If you are going to go back to China this summer and would like to join the group, PLEASE let me know by Monday (April 2, 2012)what time period you will be in China and what dates you will be available to give your presentations and join the group to do some collaboration with our Chinese colleagues in the Chinese universities. We will try hard to accommodate the best time to the group and our host. At this point of time, we have not finalized the cities and universities we are going but highly likely it will be in East part of China. We will send you all the information in the process of the communication with our host in near future. Again, thank you for all your support and trust.

I am trying to seek a career change. I have an opportunity to be a professor in a top Chinese university. The compensation of the position is not comparable in any way to my us salary though. I wonder if you have suggestion on other organization, or universities that might provide better career satisfaction.

CWS文友：现在把忘了另传的有关评伦虎伴女郎的文章，在附件中传来。用这个油画给大家提个醒吧。不要也忘了开附件。
和以往传出的文章一样，这次有关下意识的讨论在网友中得到程为热烈的反响。一位网友所提的两个问题（見下），抓到了痒处。大概具有 普遍性，因此公开回覆如下。
一，我在大陆所受到的待遇，说是「不公」和「得罪人」的问题，是为了避免在不同倾向的人们中大事化小，以免引起不是我在这个演讲中想看到的争论。其实，谁都知道，问题的确更大。小说中的故事已經說明了问题。现在ZWC君直率提出，使我很感激。我将在正式演講中改为「由於众所周知的原因」,代替「得罪人」的提法。如何？
二，至於潛意識(Sub conscioius) 的意義，这个问题也提得极好。在我的演讲中，按照当前大多数学者的意见，把它看成下意识的同义词。但是，在这个大众化的通俗演讲中，也由於时间的限止，我没有提到，也有不少的学者认为它虽然意为下意识，但是所指的是，较为接近意识的，浅表的下意识，可以用我那个三角形的C段来表示。由於浅表，其中的资讯比较容易进入意识中，如忘记不久的往事。稍一回忆，就记起来了。也因为浅表而接近意识，它对人的言行举止的潜在影响， 也比较下意识中较深的部位，如图中的E 段，深刻一些。看来，我也许在演讲中，还是要稍微提及，加以说明。
三，Z君认为诗句中的“嗟乎江郎已才尽”，与整篇的气质似不太匹配；是否可改为“所幸江郎才未尽”或“幸哉江郎才犹存”。丢开诗作者个人的立场， 我对这种改法，十分赞赏。可是，我的下意识中仍然具有中国文人的影响，凡事以自谦处之。看来还是狂放一点，萧洒一点才更有诗味。改得好!

1. 请教一个问题：Unconscious 与 Subconscious 两个词有无些微差别或是无差别的同义词？
2. 两点建议，供参考：
2.1 文中“大陆当局给予我的待遇，是有偏见而不公正的...”，其原因是“得罪了人”，似过于简单，值得商榷。
2.2 诗句中的“嗟乎江郎已才尽”，与整篇的气质似不太匹配；是否可改为“所幸江郎才未尽”或“幸哉江郎才犹存”

Resume Critique Workshop
Chinese Young Professionals Networking and Boston College CSSA will co-host a Resume Critique Workshop that provides resume help to both students who are about to enter the job market and those working professionals who wish to improve their resumes. We have professionals from various industries such as finance, accounting, IT and engineering - to share their insights and to critique resumes. Whether you have questions on grammar, format or industry specific requirements of the resume, we will provide our opinions. Please print three (3) copies of your resume and bring them along with you to the event so that we can better assist you. There will be a networking mixer at the end of the workshop and light refreshments will be provided.
