僑務委員會訂於本年5月21日下午3時在臺北賓館舉辦海外僑胞回國慶賀第13任總統、副總統就職茶會，並成立接待服務處以歡迎海外僑胞回臺共襄盛舉，相關活動須知如下：
一、活動時間：101年5月21日（星期一）下午4時(下午3時開放入場)。
二、活動地點：臺北賓館（10048臺北市中正區凱達格蘭大道1號）。
三、參加資格：（一）旅居國外僑胞，符合下列情形之一者：1.持我國護照入境，並持有效之僑居國居為留證明文件或其護照已加簽僑居身分者。2.持僑居國護照入境之國人或華裔人士。（二）前項僑胞隨行之配偶或子女，已取得僑居國護照或永久居留權，並經許可入國者，如未具僑胞身分，得以僑眷身分辦理報到。（三）香港、澳門居民組團，應向我駐香港、澳門機構申請，核轉行政院大陸委員會辦理。
