时间：2014年4月21日-28日
地点：考察徐州，南京等地
项目：涵及生物医药，电子信息，节能环保，新材料，先进装备制造及现代服务业

“美南专家徐州行”活动: 现拟在2014年4月21日- 4月28日组织100人左右的海外高层次人才项目代表团考察访问徐州，南京等地。代表团将组织安排涵及生物医药，电子信息，节能环保，新材料，先进制造业及现代服务业等领域的一百多个高科技项目参加这次活动，希望能和国内的相关高新区，开发区，高科技园区，当地企业合作洽谈，找到合作共赢的机会。

这次活动将由各协会在各地统一收集报名申请表。南京321创业大赛的报名截止期是2月10日，申请人请于截至日期前将“南京321计划创业大赛申报表”及“创业计划书”提交。如报名参加“美南专家徐州行”活动和南京留交会活动，报名截止期是3月4日。如果申请人的项目被南京选上并得到邀请，申请人将得到 4000人民币的国际旅费补助。如果申请人的项目被徐州选上并得到邀请，申请人将得到 5000人民币的国际旅费补助。最后补助标准及实施细节以确认函为准, 在确认函日期后入境中国的会得到国际旅费补助，在确认函日期之前入境中国的将按中国国内旅费补助发放。
