Entrepreneurial companies face many challenges, including a need to develop appropriate accounting, reporting, and tax functions. These challenges require focus, yet many entrepreneurial companies are unable to put the right levels of attention on these challenges because of a lack of knowledge about basic day to day operational matters, such as when a company needs an audit, accounting for business transactions, tax filings, and payroll and benefit matters.
Please join Deloitte and NECINA on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 for a seminar that will discuss these essential business functions and provide some clear guidance on the pitfalls and traps that can impact a companys ability to focus on its goals. You will hear from Deloitte specialists on topics such as accounting issues facing entrepreneurial companies, where you need to file tax returns, employee compensation and benefits, and common traps and pitfalls that affect entrepreneurial companies.

60 Tsinghua professors and 45 Art Troupe students, headed by president Gu, will visit Boston from 4/13 to 4/15. The Tsinghua Student Art Troupe will present a high quality stage performance, demonstrating the glorious spiritual heritage and tradition of the 50 year's development of the Art Troupe. It will officially kick off the year long celebration of Tsinghua's 100th anniversary.
In the past half of century, the Student Art Troupe has presented dozens of performances, including the great "Yellow River Chorus", the original musical dance epic drama "Memories of Fire in Winter", the original drama "Blossoming of Redbud Flower:, and chamber concerts performed together with the Central Philharmonic. Last year in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of our country, 103 Student Art Troupe members joined the performance of the grand music and dance epic "Road to Revival".
